we enjoyed the location as it right across from the beach. We felt very safe, and hotel host was very helpful with local information, safety, and what to do. Service was awesome, room was clean and comfortable. Food from the restaurant was excellent and well done. Thank you Anna for an excellent dinner. It was tasty, and home cook.

Eu e meu grupo fomos muito bem recebidos, da chegada à saída foi tudo ótimo! Toda a equipe da Pousada são amáveis e competentes. Tudo limpinho e ambiente agradável e familiar. Café da manhã farto, gostosos e bem servido, jantamos na pousada uma comidinha caseira deliciosa. E para ir à praia é só atravessar a rua. Só gratidão!

O café da manhã tinha pouca variedade de comida entre os dias! E os sucos quando acabavam não eram repostos... teve um dia que tomamos cafe as 8h e pouco da manha e o suco de laranja ja havia acabado e não teria mais! :( Tinham outros sabores de suco, claro! Mas na ocasiao o que eu desejava tomar nao tinha, tive que ir para outro. Além disso a cama era um pouco dura ao meu ver, e os travesseiros pareciam ter uma "capa de plastico" em baixo da fronha, que fazia barulho ao dormir. As toalhas de banho eram pequenas e nos últimos dias não trocaram e não colocaram a de rosto... tive que ir pedir na recepção. Além disso o hotel dizia que o serviço na cozinha ficava ate as 18h, porem minha amiga foi almoçar em um dos dias e pedir o prato e a pessoa que fazia isso estava de folga e nao tinha mais ngm pra fazer... ela ficou sem almoçar por conta disso, tivemos que pegar almoço no hotel de um outro amigo nosso! O dono quando foi "conversar" com ela pra pelo menos pedir desculpas, ao sair deu de ombros para a conversa mostrando que não se importa com a opinião dos hospedes e não faz o melhor para deixar a estadia boa. Além de que quando chegamos a noite não tem nenhuma segurança, fica tudo apagado pra dentro do hotel e um dia chegamos por volta da 00h e o portão do estacionamento estava aberto escancarado e não sabiamos como fechar pois nao tinhamos controle.

Localização agradável e tranquila. Apartamento modesto demais. Enxoval muito velho e sem qualidade. Banheiro sujo, cheirando a mofo, descarga da época de 1900 e bolinhas. Muito pernilongo..., sabem o que muito? Incontáveis pernilongos. Não conseguimos dormir, mesmo com o ar condicionado ligado.Sobre o Café da manhã, não posso comentar, é servido tarde, à partir das 8h.

Poderia ser melhor.

A pousada é muito simples e o conforto é razoável. A TV ainda é de tubo... não oferecem no apartamento alguns itens comuns em pouzadas, tais como shampoo, condicionador, secador de cabelo, etc. A cama poderia ser mais macia. Assim, apesar da boa vontade há muito o que melhorar.

Atendimento nota zero. Pousada de oportunistas

Assim que chegamos na pousada com o número de reserva, eles inventaram uma desculpa de que o quarto da reserva não estava mais disponível porque meu cartão não passou. Logo disseram que só havia um VIP, mais caro e que o que eu reservei já não estava disponível. A pousada não tem recepção, tem apenas um balcãozinho informal. você chega e tem que tocar um sino. Os donos não tiveram nem trato para conversar, começaram a falar alto, mesmo vendo que haviam clientes sentados ao lado, ouvindo toda a conversa. Foi muito constrangedor. Saímos de lá na hora e aluguei outro quarto numa pousada ao lado. (O mais estranho é que assim que saímos da pousada eu fui pesquisar no site Hoteis.com para ver se realmente não estava disponível, mas o quarto estava lá para ser reservado) oportunistas!
