Hotel bom, de acordo com o ofertado. Me deparei com algumas baratinhas no banheiro e senti cheiro de esgoto do lado de fora do quarto que acredito vir da rua. Algumas toalhas estavam bem gastas, chegando a estarem esgarçadas. Pontos positivos são alguns funcionários como os da cozinha e seu Angelo e Raul da recepção, muito atenciosos e solícitos.

Boa hospedagem em geral!

Bom hotel para ficar perto do Parque Beto Carrero, uns 10 minutos a pé. Hotel adequado para 2 a 3 dias, sendo que o público é basicamente de pessoas que também estão lá para o parque. Dessa forma, existe um pico de pessoas no café da manhã.

Demora da cozinha

O quarto era muito bom e o atendimento da recepção também. O que deixou a desejar foi o atendimento da cozinha na hora da janta. Disseram que estavam com muita demanda e o lanche demoraria 20 min, mas só entregaram após 1:30h, meu filho acabou dormindo sem jantar.

Bom custo benefício

O custo benefício foi bom. A limpeza é ótima, cama de casal confortável, as de solteiro nem tanto. O atendimento é razoável, mas acho que é cultura da região ser mais seco. O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor. Senti falta de bolos caseiros, os servidos são de massa pronta. O hotel fica próximo do parque Beto Carreiro e dá para ir a pé, em torno de 8 min de caminhada. A noite tem alguns restaurantes próximos, pizzaria e uma padaria em frente, o que facilita a noite para o jantar e também para tomar café a tarde. No geral a estadia foi boa.

Bom hotel, típico de região de turismo. Não tem luxo, mas confortável para descansar e com algumas atividades para crianças/adolescentes. Tivemos alguns problemas com hóspedes (famílias) chegando após a meia-noite, que nem mesmo a recepção conseguiu controlar. Mas são esforçados no atendimento. Meu filho estava de aniversário e cantaram parabéns com um pequeno bolo, fez toda a diferença este singelo ato.

O serviço de quarto só é executado se vc solicitar, no quarto que fiquei não havia interfone, passei mal durante minha estada e estava sozinha o que dificultou, por exemplo, para solicitar algo no quarto. O restaurante foi inflexível quando solicitamos tacas para tomar o vinho que já tínhamos, e íamos consumir lá! Poderia ter sugerido um valor pela rolha, por exemplo

Final de semana em Penha

Hotel excelente. Quarto confortável, chuveiro muito bom. Limpeza impecável. Café da manhã variado. Utilizamos o restaurante para o jantar e o cardápio era variado com preço justo. As áreas de lazer muito aconchegantes e atende várias idades. Me hospedei com adolescentes e eles adoraram. A educação, respeito, atenção e acolhimento de todos os funcionários é um destaque. Hotel com bom custo beneficio, possui playground, piscina, sala de jogos. Café da manhã com boa qualidade. Bem próximo do Parque do Beto Carrero, ideal para famílias com o propósito de parque. Pequenos defeitos porém vale muito a pena pelo valor.

O hotel é antigo, estão reformando a área comum porém não parece que estão reformando os quartos. O meu por exemplo era virado pra rua (tem uma varanda de onde eu escutava todos os barulhos de carro além de não ficar escuro). Zero conforto pra descansar.

Preço alto para pouca coisa!

O hotel é limpo e os funcionários foram simpáticos e educados. Porém eu e minha família alugamos dois quartos, a cama em que minha filha (que é adulta) dormiu, era um colchão de espuma, afundava durante a noite. Quando pedimos a substituição, colocaram outro colchão pior, duro e que também afundava. Café da manhã razoável, com pouca variação e não muito atrativo, Wi-Fi super instável, ainda mais com a quantidade de hóspedes presentes. Os quartos com sacada dão para a entrada do hotel (ficamos neles), o barulho da rua parece que está dentro do quarto. Para ajudar, alguns hóspedes estavam com motos grandes para um evento que estava acontecendo na cidade, ligavam as motos a qualquer hora do dia, inclusive de madrugada, ficavam acelerando elas e o barulho absurdo não era impedido pelos funcionários do hotel, um descaso total. Não recomendo e não voltarei ao hotel!
