A equipe do Hotel é muito educada e prestativa, é um ambiente pensado e planejado com recepção grande com sofas, ar condicionado e cadeira de massagem para descanso dos Pais, tem piscina aquecida e fria com brinquedão, sala de jogos, academia, hidromassagem. Café da manhã com bastante opção e jantar incluso sistema self-service com opções de saladas, proteinas, carboidratos e sobremesa. Translado para o Parque Beto Carrero na parte da manha com saidas as 9:00, 9:30, 10:00 e retorno as 19:00, 19:30 e 20:00 hs, você também pode ir ou voltar a pé em uma caminhada de 8 minutos, muito perto. Diferente da maioria das Pousadas da cidade que adaptam casas prontas fazendo puxadulinhos de quartos e ambientes, este Hotel é amplo e aconchegante, a noite teve musica ao vivo no bar da piscina, e as crianças brincaram por todo hotel de esconde esconde e outras brincadeiras. Eu só não dou nota máxima porque no quarto (612), estava com um cheiro muito forte de esgoto. O chuveiro é separado do vaso sanitario, então a parte do vaso sanitario não é parte molhada, o que dificulta a limpeza, provavelmente as faxineiras limpam com pano e não lavam com agua o vaso danitario, mas o quarto é amplo. Eu indico este Hotel.

O hotel se destaca pela estrutura, numa região em que a maioria das acomodações apenas serve para dormir depois de um dia no parque. A equipe é muito atenciosa e educada, sempre disposta a ajudar. Os quartos são confortáveis e limpos (o banheiro não tem porta, apenas o box do chuveiro e na área do vaso sanitário). Minha sugestão seria oferecerem um café da tarde, uma vez que a piscina tem um enorme apelo para ficar o dia todo por ali. Com crianças, sempre tem alguém falando que está com fome e a gastronomia deles é muito boa, então seria incrível ter essa opção no meio do dia. De maneira geral a nossa experiência foi deliciosa!

Excelente hotel, higiene dos quartos adequada, muito boa infraestrutura. Mesmo com localização em frente ao Beto Carrero, oferecem transfer ao parque (acabamos por voltar a pé por não desejar aguardar o horário do transporte de retorno, o que ocorreu tranquilamente também). Surpresa muito positiva de que a piscina adulto (que é externa) é aquecida (realmente faz diferença pra conseguir aproveitar em um dia não tão quente). As crianças adoraram a piscina infantil. Outra coisa que adorei foi a presença de uma máquina de revelação de fotos no saguão do hotel, já podendo ir pra casa com boas lembranças impressas/reveladas. Tive um problema com a minha reserva (que era pra ser com vista para o parque e com solicitação de preferência de andar alto - reserva e solicitação com mais de meio ano de antecedência) mas, identificado o erro, a equipe prontamente fez tudo ao alcance para resolver a situação de forma satisfatória. Equipe cordial, várias atividades no hotel (realmente, ao nível de termos saído um pouco mais cedo do parque para aproveitar o hotel)… gostamos muito e planejamos voltar!
