Bare bones, but clean and very good breakfast

This hotel had no frills, and though the building itself was not well maintained, it's one of the cleaner hotels I've stayed in for a while. Water pressure was excellent (though it was hard to find a good balance between hot and cold), and the drains drained perfectly. There were a lot of problems with the key cards disactivating, and there was usually a line to talk to someone at the front desk. Biggest dissatisfaction: Our bathroom had no toilet paper or hand/floor towel when we arrived, and when I asked for these items I believe they thought I was just asking for extra and responded accordingly. I ended up getting the towels directly from the lady cleaning our floor. Biggest complement: the breakfast! Had all the usual buffet items, but it was refreshed in a very regular and organized manner. They make their coffee in small pots, so it's always fresh, and they never ran out. Parabens to whoever runs the kitchen there!

Entrei no quarto, percebi que o piso de madeira estava todo estufado, um dia depois descobri o motivo. Choveu forte na cidade, a janela virou uma cachoeira dentro do quarto, e alí era o único lugar pra colocar a mala. Resultado, quarto inundado, roupas completamente molhadas. Nenhum funcionário pra ajudar a secar, nenhuma providência pra resolver as minhas roupas molhadas. Ainda, nenhum contato depois do ocorrido ou pedido de desculpas. O pior hotel que já estive na vida.

O hotel foi um achado de ultima hora e pela proposta serviu para o que precisavamos. Alguns pontos podem melhorar como as camas “moles”, mesmo entendendo que isso pode ser um gosto pessoal. A unica parte que pediria atenção é com a manutenção do piso. Proximo a entrada do banheiro ele esta todo “rasgado” por ser de laminado, assim como o blackout da janela também rasgado e sujo. No mais o hotel é bom para uma rapida estadia.

É o que se conhece como espelunca, primeiro a recepção disse que ia tentar antecipar o check In e nunca conseguiu (ok até aí tudo bem seria uma comodidade não obrigação), aí chegou 14h recepcionista falou que teríamos q aguardar mais 15 minutos porque não tinha quarto disponível, subindo para o quarto o elevador está com algumas partes enferrujadas. A porta do quarto no seu lado esquerdo estava sem o espelho… quando vc entra no quarto tudo piora, a televisão é torta, está queimada no canto direito da tela.. o ar condicionado em pessimas condições de higiene e gelando muito mal, as “cobertas” que são servidas são tão finas quanto um lençol. O lençol da cama ao lado estava completamente manchado e com aparência de mofo. A tomada ao lado da cama não funcionava. A luz em cima da cama da direita não ligava. O que dizer da cortina? Toda rasgada, suja, entrando mais luz do que se estivesse aberta.. banheiro com o teto mofado… olha são tantos e inúmeros defeitos que poderia passar algum tempo escrevendo.
