The front desk informed us tha despite having booked two rooms at the same time ,there were on different floors .They also informed us that there was no room for our rented car so we had to park on the street ,and that this was the policy.When asked to talk yo the manager they said he was not in the hotel ,but there was nothing they could do and that the were acting according to procedure .My husband had to beg for a parking space that cost 45 reales .the rooms were clean ,but there was a moist smell on the hallways and the rooms had cracks on the ceelings . There was only one comforter in the room despite having two beds .Breakfast was decent .Pricey hotel for what they offer .

This place was horrible. My girlfriend and I couldn’t get any rest due to the amount of people who rented rooms to party on our floor. On top of the lazy woman at the front desk told my girlfriend like a lazy idiot that my reservation was only for 1 day and not 2 because she couldn’t being herself to check the booking. My girl got pissed off called me a liar and left. so thanks to that dummy at the front desk and not doing her due diligence out of sheer lazyness I have to go and get another girlfriend…go figure, forget this place and the staff they suck

Janelas sem travas para proteger crianças. Sem segurança para crianças. As janelas deveriam serem limitadas para abrirem. Embaixo da cama muita poeira, cortinas sujas, da pra perceber que há muito tempo não lavam. Cobram pra usar sauna (isso não está explícito nos apps), em outros hotéis já está incluso. Pedi para gravar um vídeo no Rooftop não autorizaram, disseram que teria custo. Absurdo, falta de noção, gestão que não sabe ganhar o cliente.

O hotel era bem localizado, ficava próximo à Praia Brava. É um hotel que possui duas alas: uma reformada e outra mais antiga. Ficamos na parte mais antiga, porém os corredores eram completamente interligados, e só percebíamos em qual lado estávamos pelos elevadores. Os quartos eram espaçosos e o nosso tinha sacada. As janelas eram antirruído. O banheiro precisava de uma atualização, no entanto atendia bem às necessidades: chuveiro bom e bem iluminado. Os amenities eram de baixa qualidade. No quarto havia quatro travesseiros confortáveis e um edredom. Solicitei mais um edredom e o pedido foi rapidamente atendido. O prédio possui uma estrutura muito completa para eventos e lazer. Há uma piscina muito bonita com bar; o único porém é que não era aquecida. As toalhas estavam disponíveis para retirada sem custo no bar. No último andar há uma academia pequena, mas funcional, e um SPA com preços bem acima dos praticados, por exemplo, uma massagem por R$ 360,00. O hotel oferece room service e restaurante, mas não utilizamos. O café da manhã era bem completo; devido à alta temporada, em alguns momentos ficava cheio, porém os atendentes eram rápidos na reposição. O estacionamento do hotel tinha um preço um pouco salgado, mas era a opção mais viável e confortável.
