This is the first hotel where i had to pay for parking on their own property. The room looks nothing like what is shown on the pictures they need to renovate.

Hair dryer did not work- had to call for one Clicker nĆ£o funciona- trocaram as pilhas ok Toilet seat- I asked to repair and they did not fix it Pool water is cold and unable to use it Hot tub they charge to use Noisy due to too many football kids No outlet for American devises and no transformer a available I will not return

This place was horrible. My girlfriend and I couldnā€™t get any rest due to the amount of people who rented rooms to party on our floor. On top of the lazy woman at the front desk told my girlfriend like a lazy idiot that my reservation was only for 1 day and not 2 because she couldnā€™t being herself to check the booking. My girl got pissed off called me a liar and left. so thanks to that dummy at the front desk and not doing her due diligence out of sheer lazyness I have to go and get another girlfriendā€¦go figure, forget this place and the staff they suck

O hotel do "nĆ£o temos", "nĆ£o sei, vou verificar", "nĆ£o pode".... 1Āŗ dia: no cafĆ© da manhĆ£ havia sanduĆ­che com tomate. EntĆ£o pedi pra funcionĆ”ria pegar umas fatias de tomate na cozinha, pra acompanhar o ovo mexido, resposta "sĆ³ o que tem no buffet!". Na piscina nĆ£o havia um QR code ou cardĆ”pio fĆ­sico. EntĆ£o acessei o cardĆ”pio pelo site do Hotel e fiz um pedido. SĆ³ que o preƧo final era R$ 70,00 mais caro do que no site, resposta "o cardĆ”pio no site estĆ” desatualizado", "nĆ£o temos cardĆ”pio em site"...no final o gerente aceitou o preƧo, disse que sĆ³ ia cobrar o valor do site... sĆ³ que no checkout o valor era o do cardĆ”pio do hotel, nĆ£o o combinado (cuidado, eles nĆ£o comprem com a palavra!). Sempre confiram a nota na hora de pagar! ƚltimo dia pedi um late checkout, resposta "na alta temporada nĆ£o oferecemos late checkout em geral". Minha mulher desceu e falou com a recepĆ§Ć£o, e olha lĆ”, deram late checkout atĆ© as 13h... vai ver que o recepcionista gostou da beleza dela...enfim, tirando a piscina que Ć© Ć³tima, sĆ³ decepĆ§Ć£o. O hotel precisa urgente de uma reforma...
