My wife and I stayed for a few nights in this hotel. I really like it. It’s quiet, my room had both, a beach and pool view and a jacuzzi in the balcony. Breakfast included with a lot of options. 15 min driving from Atlantic Ave.

Great place to stay at and unwind from the Busy world of Balneário Camboriú. Not far from the city, Beach across the road and some restaurants around as well. Close to other beaches too. Staff was overall very nice and attentive. Hotel is looking a little tired in some areas so it looks older however they keep it very clean. Wear and Tear is the only downside as the years go by to any hotel. I would stay there again. I would try to get a room with a Pool View or their best room with Ocean view.

The room was great. The balcony was nice. The area around the hotel is amazing and the beach is beautiful. The breakfast buffet is good as well. Everything was clean the staff was nice. My only complaint was that the pool bar was closed (which was one of the reasons I stayed there) and I didn't receive the VIP items per hotels.com description. It was a really great place to stay and I would stay again!:)

Quem reclama do café ñ ter muitas opções...Gente,vc sofre d compulsão alimentar,só pode.O café da manhã é uma delícia com várias opções sim.Maas vamos p outros pontos,no geral deixei as 5 estrelas para o Reserva,mas ñ omitirei os pontos q podem melhorar,ainda q isso ñ tenha impactado a viagem de forma negativa.Assim q chegamos,ja conseguimos adentrar ao quarto q estava limpo, as 14h20,porém acabamos entrando quase as 15h mesmo "/ devido o cartão da porta do quarto ñ ter funcionado.O chato foi ter descido pela 1ºvez, acionado o moço da recepção,ele ter pedido p abrir a maceta empurrando p cima,voltamos,tentamos novamente,mas sem sucesso!e então fomos novamente,descer na recepção,e dessa vez pedindo p moço subir nos ajudar e então ver q o problema era no cartão!só acho q seria + fácil se ele tivesse nos acompanhado até o quarto,como em outros hotéis,mostrado”como funciona"ou”como se faz".Após isso,meu esposo precisou d auxílio no cofre,e o mesmo recepcionista foi super atencioso,e disposto,ao entrar no banheiro vendo q não tinha sabonete,já o acionei aproveitando q este estava no quarto arrumando o cofre,e ele então já foi buscar os sabonetes e trouxe até shampoos.Após essa ocasião ñ precisamos mais fazer contato c a recepção.As piscinas são limpas,o bar da piscina a algum tempo está sem uso,e a piscina climatizada funciona normalmente,c a água de fato, quentinha. Não jantamos no local, pedimos ifood, no qual chegou tranquilqmente.

Hotel ótimo para quem quer passar uns dias a beira mar. Quarto limpo, cama boa, banheiro limpo e chuveiro bom tb, as 2 piscinas super limpas e gostosas (uma aquecida). O hotel inteiro de maneira geral limpo, achei legal que tem vários banheiros espalhados pelo hotel (todos limpos). o restaurante é terceirizado, mas comida boa com $ justo comparado com restaurantes da regiao. o que mais me pegou foi ter varal no quarto, ótimo! o hotel tb tem cadeiras de praia, o atendimento da recepção tb achei otimo. chegamos no quarto e tinha um mimo de boas vindas, e agua para viagem no check out, com certeza volto
