Here's a revised version of your review: --- I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The recent refurbishment has given it a fresh and modern feel, and everything was super clean. The reception staff were friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. I visited in May during the low season, which allowed for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the lush greenery surrounding the hotel, as it enhanced the tranquil environment.

It’s a good hotel overall. But the design is very weird. It’s like a labyrinth. It’s difficult to find everything and you have to walk around in circles to get to where you need to go. Also, there’s nothing around there. So if you want to go to a restaurant or downtown or anything you have to take a taxi or an Uber. It’s not walking distance to anything. It’s also not far by taxi, but that’s what makes it inconvenience too far to walk and too close to take taxis

Everything was excelent , I' m a Interior Designer and Art Director, loved the quality of furniture, interiors and all top materials in all surrowdings. I have only two tips thatbwould give Quality Hotel Blumenau even more quality : - TOWELS ! We are right in the region of the country known by producing the best towels of the country...or the world. Give Quality Hotel FLUFFIER and BIGGER towels. - STAFF . Swimming pools kept all Monday Morning unnatended . We had to ask for a glass of water while breakfast was stiil being served. It was said service was going to be openned at 11...nobody showed up. - STAFF AND SERVICE First day. Checking in. Asked for a beer from the var across the lobby, BellCaptain suggested me to get one on the fridge in my room. For four days Iwas a guest at the hotel, I'd never see a soul in the bar. On the 3.rd day, as I was expecting a friend to come down, saw a couple arriving from outside, asked for some coofee ...there were no capsules avaiable ! I'd say that bar would give some action and liveness to the ever static lobby. Give it a try !!!

O hotel não é tão grande, mas é bem bonito, organizado, as piscinas são gostosas. Só tivemos um incidente com o ar condicionado que não estava funcionando. Eles ofereceram um outro quarto, em outro andar, longe de nossa família porque não quiseram oferecer um upgrade pra poder ficar no mesmo andar, o q facilitaria o contratempo de trocar nossas coisas pra outro quarto. Muito barulho no quarto de cima depois da meia noite, dava pra ouvir tudo, as pessoas pra lá e pra cá a noite toda. Enfim, no mais foi uma estadia agradável.

Café da manhã com poucas opções de bolos e tortas. Salada de frutas excelente. Café da máquina com gosto horrível de máquina suja de café velho. Parte de pães e salgados boa porém para quem fica muitos dias é bem repetitivo. A limpeza no quarto ficou muito a desejar. Fiquei 5 noites e não houve a troca dos lençóis, pois solicitei no terceiro dia. Não varreram nenhuma vez. A limpeza deixou a desejar.Havia um cheiro forte de mofo na torneira e chuveiro quando abria a água, na hora do banho era pior por ser água quente.
