Funcionários pouco cordiais e desatentos desde o check in até o check out. Toalhas de banho e rosto com sujeiras e com furos. Poucos funcionários para realizar a limpeza do quarto. Saímos para passear pela cidade após o café da manhã e ao retornar da rua as 15:30 horas o apartamento permanecia sem limpeza e reposição dos produtos.

Foi o pior Mercure que já fiquei hospedada. Quarto cheirando mofo, claramente sem limpar direito. Roupa de cama com bolinha. Ar condicionado em cima da cama sem ter como mudar. Café da manhã lotado e com péssimas opções.
