Quarto era confortável. Acredito que faltou um exaustor no banheiro. Camas boas, ar condicionado gelando. Ducha com boa temperatura também. Café da manhã sem variação, porém sempre bem abastecido e com boa qualidade. Estacionamento ágil e fácil pelo manobrista. Excelente localização. Forneceram sempre que necessário, garfos e facas descartáveis para fazermos refeição no quarto, que possui uma mesa e cadeiras. Tem uma piscina no último andar, que não chegamos a utilizar. Tudo ok com a estadia, voltaria com certeza.

Quarto alagado, pode parecer exagero mas infelizmente nao é, chegamos no quarto apos um temporal na cidade e o mesmo estava completamente alagado molhando inclusive alguns peças de roupa que estavam no armario. Pessoal do hotel apenas mudou o nosso quarto, nao ajudou em nada na mudança, e as roupas molhadas foram apenas secadas e devolvidas. Nem pedido de desculpa, nem lavadas as roupas. Descaso total. Cafe da manha bem limitado. É comum cheiro de mofo nos quartos devidos as infiltrações. Cofres com defeito. Roupa de cama nao sao trocadas diariamente
