Funcionária recepção (Liane), mal educada, extremamente desagradável com o hóspede, desde a recepção, até abordagem durante hospedagem. Ao acessarmos o quarto, tivemos a desagradável surpresa de uma poça d’água no meio do local, devido vazamento da geladeira. A bacia do banheiro estava mal higienizada, com respingos visíveis do “número 2”. Ainda, o box de banho também apresenta sinais de má higienização, com acúmulo de mofo e lodo nos vidros.
