Staff are so wonderful and pleasure, fast check-in, the room is tiny, not too much space, beds are comfortable. In general the hotel is good. Quiet and very silent room.

There is no plug for American devices- I had to go out and purchase an adaptor- when I stayed in other hotels there were adaptors and transformadores for free at the front desk

Problemas com aquecimento do chuveiro, não aquecia, em horário de pico. Faz parecer que o hotel tem o sistema de aquecimento de água para banho insuficiente. O Ibis Budget fica devendo em comodidade, não há nem um lugar para deixar a mala, ou armário para roupas, ou frigobar. Deixa a desejar.
