place delivers what it promises. rooms are very small and only have the basics (bed, tv, hangers and a small table. Good if you are only going to stay for one night. Their amenities are great and have friendly staff.

A recepção estava super relapsa ao me receber. Não passaram as informações básicas de check-in, eu que tive que perguntar. O recepcionista não me informou, por exemplo, sobre o novo funcionamento do elevador (que deveria encostar o cartão do quarto), e, obviamente, o elevador não funcionou. Quando retornei à recepção para perguntar se o mesmo estava quebrado, os recepcionistas riram com desdenho e aí me informaram como deveria usar o elevador. Foi deixado um sabonete para dois dias de hospedagem. A iluminação do quarto era péssima. Solicitei um quarto de casal e me colocaram em um de casal com uma cama beliche atravessada em cima da minha... wifi não funcionava direito. Costumo viajar e me hospedar em bons hotéis, mas Ibis nunca mais!!!!

Quarto limpo, café da manhã bom. Só sinto falta de um frigobar pra consumir agua gelada. A agua que o hotel vende é superfaturada ao extremo o que é um absurdo. A diaria não está tão barata pra não ter nem um frigobar pra gente comprar água e deixar gelada.
