The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and large. The breakfast was at 6:30 which was a bit late for us. The breakfast had lots of fresh fruit. Overall the stay was great.

Feedback sincero

O atendimento é bom, apesar de ter poucos funcionários, eles são atenciosos e estão dispostos em ajudar. Mas as condições físicas do hotel decairam bastante, falta um pouco mais de atenção com a manutenção dos equipamentos, como elevador e ar condicionado dos quartos, sugiro também que utilize algum tipo de vedação nos quartos que ficam perto da praça, já que o som do pub é bem alto e vai até a madrugada, então pra quem quer descansar fica inviável. Além da necessidade de ter seu próprio estacionamento, por que atualmente os hóspedes são obrigados a pagar a mais pelo estacionamento descoberto, terceirizado, separado do hotel, e como não somos informados com antecedência, e no período da estadia choveu muito, foi bastante incômodo ter que ficar carregando malas e sacolas debaixo de chuva, pelas ruas entre o estacionamento e o hotel.

A estadia foi boa, o quarto é bem confortável. Fica numa região bem localizada, perto da balsa. Só tenho a reclamar do wi-fi, que é péssimo. Eu práticamamente usei minha internet o tempo todo. E gostaria de sugerir que tivesse alguns ganchos ou prateleira embaixo da pia no banheiro pra colocar roupas sujas. Mas de resto foi tudo tranquilo, voltaria a me hospedar no Valerim...

Péssimo

Bem localizado, porém café da manhã péssimo, e pelo preço cobrado não tem boa estrutura nos quartos (Cama péssima). Senha do Wi-Fi bebaagua mas se vc quiser água tarde da noite o hotel não dispõe nem pra vender, tivemos que sair pelas ruas atrás de um restaurante pra comprar água. Só é bom pela localização, de resto não recomendo.

The place has a nonsensical shower design, there's mold everywhere and now I'm hacking up my lungs. I've stayed at worse places but none have ever messed me up like this.

Fiquei durante 5 dias juntos com minha esposa e a hospedagem foi ótimo. A localização é muito boa, tudo que a gente precisa tem muito perto. Não é longe de balneário Camboriú. A minha viagem de volta para casa foi a noite e mesmo meu checkout sendo 12:00 eles guardaram as minhas malas para que eu pegasse a noite, sendo assim com segui aproveitar mais um dia inteiro em SC. Pelo preço cobrado, está super de acordo. O hotel é compatível pelo preço.
