The hotel is a very good deal for the price. It is clean, has an excellent breakfast and the restaurant also has good food. It is in the center of Balneário Camboriú.

The hotel is good, the shower is not the best but works, the staff is amazing. The breakfast are not 100% inclusive, some days there’s no gluten free options except for a bread or a tapioca, not even the teas are gluten free, I wish they could have more gluten free options since Brasil have so many things that are gluten free. They could have yogurts gluten free, teas, cakes… except for this, the location is amazing and the staff too.

Da última vez que estivemos no hotel, todas as piscinas estavam em manutenção. Dessa vez, a hidromassagem e a piscina aquecida estavam em manutenção. Na último dia levamos meia hora para conseguir um elevador com as bagagens, devido uma excursão que chegou. O banheiro do quarto, extremamente apertado.

Enquanto as instalações tiveram uma melhoria significativa (quartos e ambiente externo modernizados) os serviços hospedagem tiveram um forte retrocesso. O café da manhã está muito ruim, com comidas velhas, sem variedades, igual que no restaurante cuja característica era a qualidade dos ingredientes e comidas. O bar não funcionou nem sábado nem domingo e ninguém soube explicar porquê (se e trrciarzado ou não não diminuí a responsabilidade do hotel porque não publicidade menciona a existência do bar, assim como academia e restaurante). Como usuário pouco importa se é terceirizado ou não. Pena, era nosso hotel favorito.
