Adoramos tudo ... So tivemos o inconveniente do nosso banheiro vazar a agua do box ate ao pe da cama e o vaso trancar e nada muito exagerado e o modelo da louca . Achei inconveniente a demora pois avisado cedo ligando as 7h da manha pelo ocorrido. No almoço nada resolvido Encontrei a camarera no nosso corredor e acredito que essa resolveu .. Porém sugiro que a recepção deveria ter solucionado o ocorrido ate o almoço pois nao foi possível fazer nada durante o almoco .. Enfim as 01: 00 voltando ao quarto após o evento perguntando se haviam solucionado os devidos problemas ...

Esqueceram que 9º andar tinha um quarto ocupado - o nosso - e às 8h de uma terça-feira, começou uma barulheira - de furadeira a aspirador - que parecia que ia adentrar o nosso apartamento - fotos da frente do nosso quarto em anexo. Reservamos o hotel algumas semanas antes da viagem, lemos muitas boas avaliações e a área de lazer com piscinas aquecidas e espaço kids era o que estávamos procurando, foi uma viagem em família de 10 pessoas e reservamos 4 quartos. Porém no final de semana que nos hospedamos descobrimos que as áreas de lazer estavam em reforma, porém quando foi reservado entrei no site e redes sociais e não havia nenhum aviso dessa data de reforma, algo que já nos deixou triste. Entramos na sexta à tarde e a noite vimos que nosso chuveiro não esquentava, e estava 10 graus, ligamos 3 vezes para a recepção informando, porém não fizeram nada, no sábado pela manhã tentamos tomar banho novamente e estava gelada a água, somente no sábado à tarde depois de 24h q foram nos trocar de quarto, porém no novo quarto o chuveiro esquentava, mas o ar condicionado não funcionava a função no quente e o quarto era muito gelado. Além disso o estacionamento é em uma rua lateral ao hotel e isso tb não foi informado previamente, o que na chegada deixa os hóspedes bem perdidos. O café da manhã era incrível, o restaurante tb tem opção de almoço e janta e foi uma excelente opção. Porém todos esses outros detalhes pesou na nossa experiência. Se voltar para balneário irei ficar em outro hotel.

Muito bom!

Hotel excelente, bem localizado, duas quadras da praia, bem próximo dos shoppings, Havan e outros locais turísticos, mtas lojas ao redor tanto populares comp grifes, excelente café, quarto familiar com 2 ambientes o que nos deixou bem à vontade, o hotel é lindo, só achei que os banheiros bem simples, mas nada que comprometa.
