The hotel is good, the shower is not the best but works, the staff is amazing. The breakfast are not 100% inclusive, some days there’s no gluten free options except for a bread or a tapioca, not even the teas are gluten free, I wish they could have more gluten free options since Brasil have so many things that are gluten free. They could have yogurts gluten free, teas, cakes… except for this, the location is amazing and the staff too.

Primeiramente queria um quarto com uma decoração romântica, só consegui pelo número do hotel que me enrolaram até o último dia para mandar, e não teria como parcelar, somente avista o valor. Pelo whats disseram que poderíamos chegar antes do horário para fazer check in. Cheguei 12hr no hotel. Um atendimento super grosseiro, sem explicações, odiei o atendimento, falaram que quando o quarto fosse liberado iriam avisar por mensagem, o que não aconteceu, o check in no app era 14hrs e no hotel 14:30, voltei para o hotel 14:45 e liberaram o quarto, fiquei menos de 24hrs no hotel. Não consegui curti muito o hotel em si. Acomodações, achei bem simples. Pelo valor que paguei, esperava mais. Café da manhã quase gorfei no final da refeição pois fui comer uma fruta que estava estragada. Checkout bem rápido! Estacionamento é pago a parte. No e-mail que enviaram é um valor e no local outro. Enfim...
