Pousada bonita, .mas com algumas coisas ruins. Café da manhã bem razoável, o ar do quarto não estava funcionando direito, a piscina não estava em perfeito condições de uso. Não tem nem uma água ou cafezinho de cortesia para os hóspedes.

Bom lugar e próximo ao parque!

Reservamos essa pousada pela proximidade do parque do Beto Carrero. É uma pousada simples, com café simples mas bom. Ela cumpriu a missão a qual nos levou a reserva. A única observação negativa é a limpeza e troca de toalhas que é feita apenas a cada 2 dias. Mas caso seu objetivo seja um lugar próximo ao parque para que possa descansar ao final do dia sem grandes deslocamentos eu a recomendo.

Chegamos na pousada e a televisão não estava funcionando, o funcionário da recepção informou que não poderia fazer nada. O problema só foi resolvido no dia seguinte Também solicitamos a limpeza do quarto, visto que, por conta de medidas de segurança não esta tendo serviço de quarto. Chegamos do parque cansados, após tomar chuva e nosso quarto e banheiro não foram limpos. O café da manhã é bom e a pousada é próxima ao parque e restaurantes.

Ótimo custo benefício, recomendo muito e irei mais vezes, funcionários prestativos e atenciosos, estrutura do hotel/quartos muito lindos padrão excelente, se você está se programando para ficar no hotel para visitar o Beto carreiro é uma ótima opção, eles tem o motorista que leva e busca do Beto carrero por um preço justo e não precisa pagar estacionamento e seu carro fica seguro, obrigado pela experiência!

Uma ótima opção de pousada.

Fomos muito bem recepcionados, ótimo lugar e limpeza, todos os funcionários muito atenciosos, o lugar tem área para as crianças brincarem bem tranquilo e uma pequeno parquinho, muito bom. A única coisa que não sabíamos e foi falta de perguntar mesmo por nossa parte, qual andar ficaríamos pois são dois lances de escadas e precisa subir as malas na mão, mas eles ofereceram ajuda para levar as malas, porém, se estivéssemos com nossa cadeirante seria um problema.

Pousada agradável !

Dentro do que foi proposto foi tudo ótimo , porém uma pousada para dormir e só , quarto pequeno e banheiro também , café simples mas saboroso , não avisaram que não tem elevador e como ficamos no último andar tivemos que levar as malas pelas escadas !

Ótimo com excelente atendimento

Tivemos uma ótima estadia. O hotel é limpo, toalhas e roupas de cama limpas. Chuveiro bem quentinho e perto do Beto Carreiro. Da para ir a pé, mas é uma caminhadinha, idosos podem ir num transfer ( carro) que cobra 15 pra deixar e pegar. Atendimento da recepção , a Ligia e o João é excelente. Café da manhã simples mas gostoso e sempre reposto. Tem secador de cabelo.

Lugar bom pra ir com a familia

Tudo tranquilo, chegamos antes do horario do check-in, mas fomos recebidos sem problemas. Nos colocaram num quarto bem bacana, so com camas, sem beliche, o que foi otimo pois eram criancas de 1 ate 7 anos e no primeiro andar por conta do carrinho de bebe. O café nao tem grande variedade, mas o que tem é gostoso. Tivemos um problema com a tv e a agua quente do chuveiro, mas sinalizamos antes de ir para o parque e quando voltamos ja estava tudo ok.

Boa opção

Os funcionários atenciosos e ajudam na medida do possível por conta da pandemia. O local não é tão longe do parque, mas se tiver alguma pessoa de mais idade, melhor ir de carro. No dia que chegamos o chuveiro não esquentava a água, mas no dia seguinte trocaram (poderiam verificar antes). Bom café da manhã. Tem alguns restaurantes próximo e mercado também.

Hotel muito bem cuidado

O hotel é bem cuidado, os funcionários solícitos. Todas as vezes que pedimos reposição de pão de queijo no café da manhã, fomos atendidos prontamente. Com certeza voltaríamos a nos hospedar.

BOA TARDE CHEGAMOS DIA 18/12/2020, A PISCINA ESTAVA TOTALMENTE SUJA, CHERANDO MAL, FIZERAM UMA MEIA LIMPEZA, NA PARTE DA TARDE, NO SABADO NÃO DEU PARA USAR A PISCINA NA PARTE DA MANHA.
