Não utilizamos a piscina devido ao mau tempo, mas usamos a área da churrasqueira muito top, pessoal recepção muito educados e prestativos Sr Paulo sensacional!!! Com certeza iremos voltar!!

Necessita de melhoras.

Os funcionários são super cordiais e atenciosos. Café da manhã simples mas atende a necessidade. Lençóis limpos e cheirosos, porém cobertas muito antigas, e estavam com muita bolinha de cupim por causa do guarda roupa muito antigo. Mobília do quarto muito precária, velha, antiga. Limpeza do banheiro, principalmente paredes, deixou a desejar. Mofo nas paredes do quarto também. O colchão de espuma pura, muito ruim, antigo. Para um estadia quem sabe tudo ok, mas ficamos três, então já ficou um pouco ruim pra dormir. Hotel precisa de uma reforma nos quartos urgente.

Super recomendo.

Local excelente, próximo ao centro da cidade e também da Vila Germânica. Os recepcionistas são muito atenciosos. Hotel impecável na limpeza e também no conforto dos hóspedes. Piscina super limpa e áreas externas super bem cuidadas e limpas. Café da manhã ótimo e com o espaço onde é servido sempre muito bem cuidado e limpo. Estacionamento espaçoso, apesar de não ter utilizado.

Ambiente agradável e hospitaleiro

O hotel ficava de certa forma longe do local onde desejava, mas foi indicado pela atendente como sendo próximo, isso gerou um custo extra de deslocamento e isso não é culta do hotel. Ao chegar no quarto que não ficava no mesmo prédio principal o leva a ter que caminhar por uma área de subida, me deparei com o frigobar vazio e isso foi decepcionante. Nas fotos da expedia mostra banheira, o que achei ótimo, mas no meu quarto não tinha.

Equipe muito cordial

Fui com minha família e fomos muito bem recebidos. O hotel é limpo e oferece várias opções de lazer, comonpiscina e jogos. O café da manhã é muito bom. Ficamos em um feriado, para o que achei impreco alto. O maior inconveniente é a localização em uma avenida movimentada, o que torna o hotel meio barulhento.

Foi muito boa. Detalhes a serem visto para melhoria. Como; achei uma meia em baixo da cama, por ai vemos q a limpeza não é tão Boa. 01:00hs tive sede, não havia água no frigobar, liguei na recepção, telefone no mudo, cheguei na recepção o atendente dormindo, não digo que não possa cochilar, mais que pelo menor não deixe o telefone no mudo. No mais tudo ótimo, café da manhã muito Bom, piscina boa tb. Se for pra voltar voltaria sim. Nota 9
