Hotel normal, sem luxos, atendeu a necessidade. Bom atendimento, café da manhã ok, nada especial, fui muito bem recepcionado. A cama não é muito confortável, travesseiros são baixos, o quarto é bem apertado, o chuveiro é bom. Vantagem é ter estacionamento no hotel. Perto de onde eu precisava, vem localizado.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo à Avenida XV de Novembro e a equipe muito atenciosa, especialmente Guilherme e Sr. Leomar. As instalações e decoração são simples, mas a limpeza impecável torna o ambiente agradável; roupa de cama e banho muito cheirosas.Não é recomendado para pessoas com problemas de locomoção, pois o acesso à recepcão e aos quartos é feito por escadas. Nos hospedamos no período da Oktoberfest (peeços de altíssima temporada) e ocupamos o Studio Familia número 31, com dois pequenos quartos que se comunicam e um pequeno banheiro. Janelas com vista para uma parede. O café é servido no subsolo e oferece opçoes de pães, frios, frutas e sucos.

Até volto, mas se não houver outra opção.

O hotel é uma ampliação de uma casa antiga de Blumenau e com o assoalho de madeira que faz muito barulho.Você ouve pessoas andando no corredor, no quarto em cima do seu... O café da manhã é bem fraquinho. O wifi do andar não consegui conectar. O chuveiro elétrico sai pouca água. Enfim, pelo preço da diária eu esperava um pouco mais. Mas de bom tem a localização que é excelente, o ar condicionado e a tv são ok.
