Hotel muito velho e sem estrutura para acomodar muita gente, 2 elevadores para todo hotel, quando esta cheio fica 30 min. Para descer ou subir, estão reformando porém ainda fiquei em uma suíte sem reforma e toda hora achava uma barata no banheiro 😩

Infelizmente tivemos uma decepção, nós colocaram acredito que no pior quarto possível, cama de casal era duas camas de solteiro ou seja cada um dormiu em uma cama. O assento do vaso sanitário além de ser plástico duro estava completamente quebrados, totalmente impossível de usar. Café da manhã simples demais. Qanto ao estacionamento na hora da reserva constava que o hotel possuía, mas não era verdade, além disso nós indicaram um estacionamento particular longe do hotel com preço muito caro a diária. Com certeza não voltaremos a se hospedar novamente.

Fiquei instalada do dia 02 ao dia 04 e não limparam o quarto, não trocaram os lençóis, não trocaram as toalhas. Eu precisei de toalhas tive que ir pegar na recepção. Não gostei do atendimento de uma funcionaria na recepção chamada Luciana: Muito desagradável, não dirigia o olhar para a gente e achava que o hospede estava devendo favor pro hotel. Odiei a experiencia com este hotel.
