Hotel próximo do Santuário. Preço justo para o jantar. Cama confortável. Atendimento em geral de todos é bom, solícitos e educados. Quarto espaçoso. *Pontos negativos*: *Edredons e cobertores deixam a deixar na limpeza. No meu quarto estava um cheiro fortíssimo de suor de outras pessoas. Não utilizei e acabei usando o lençol da cama com os agasalhos que levei. O edredon com cheiro de mofo. O cobertor já exalava suor e cheiro de outras pessoas bem forte. * Na foto do hotel aparece que possui ducha higiênica. Fomos em família, reservamos dois quartos. Nenhum dos dois tinha. * Suporte no banheiro: não possui para colocar sabonete e objetos pessoais, como shampoo e condicionador. O Hotel oferece fixados na parede, mas não faz a reposição correta. Tinha muito condicionador e pouco sabonete líquido. * Chuveiro: entupido. Sai pouca água e quando abrimos o controle para ajustar, a pressão fica muito forte, e começa a espirrar água para os lados. * Café da manhã: fraco. Poucas opções de pães e frutas. Não tinha capuccino. Suco com sabor artificial. Sem opções de produtos com intolerância à lactose. Pastel só de queijo. Iogurte ralo (parecia bebida láctea). Mamão verde. Bananas muito maduras. Horário do café começa às 7h30, muito tarde. * Mobiliário do quarto e estrutura: Precisa de reforma. Portas se soltando e faltando partes nos armários. * Televisão: canais com imagem péssima. * Refeitório e entrada: cheiro forte de madeira. * Diária elevada pelo que oferece.
