Excellent location, and very attentive staff. Room was big, confortable, and even though it was not premium, had a balcony with Ocean View! What I did not like was that the freezer was empty (no water), and not enough thick blankets.

Ruim! Ouvia o barulho de descarga dos banheiros de outros quartos bem alto. De manhã 7:30, acho eram as arrumadeiras puxando móveis. Café da manhã horrível! Mesas sujas sem gente para limpar. Qualidade baixa dos produtos.

Hotel antigo precisando de investimentos em equipamentos. Coisas simples que poderiam melhorar a experiência do hóspede como uma chaleira, frigobar equipado, suporte de bagagens, travesseiros adicionais, até objetos decorativos para tornar o quarto mais aconchegante. O café da manha tem diversos tipos de pães sem graça e bolos cheios de açúcar. Uma pessoa saudável poderá comer apenas a restrita quantidade de frutas.

Cobraram uma diária a mais de estacionamento, quando fui pagar fiz a reclamação de que havia uma diária a mais lançada na fatura, não adiantou reclamar, chamei o gerente e fiz a reclamação pra ele, mesmo assim manteve a cobrança de uma diária a mais de estacionamento, alegou que o motivo de eu ter feito a substituição do veiculo cadastrado durante o check-in, realmente foi substituído o veiculo, porem somente um veículo permaneceu no estacionamento do hotel. Fiquei tres diárias deveria ser tres diarias de estacionamento, mas cobrou quatro diarias de estacionamento. Achei desleal. Quem faz cobranças indevidas o codigo civil manda devolver em dobro, seria caso de discussão judicial, mas o valor foi de R$ 50,00, tipo "assaltado" em balneário Camboriú (sem o uso de arma), errei de ter pago, depois pensando melhor eu deveria ter deixado o valor em cima do balcão descontado os R$ 50,00 da cobrança indevida referente a diária nao ocorrida, fotografado pra registrar, virar as costas e ido embora. Mas paguei forçado. Achei a atitude do gerente a de um ladrão. Sem contar que as bagagens também ninguem se mecheu pra ajudar a carregar na saida do hotel, os mensageiros nem se moveram (pareciam estátuas), tivemos que carregar as bagagens sozinhos sem a ajuda de ninguém, nunca fui tão mal atendido em hotéis, isso que viajei pra quase todo o Brasil (só me falta o Amapá e o Acre). Decepção hotel D Sintra, não recomendo.

Funcionários exemplares

Local maravilhoso, bem localizado e a vista para o mar da piscina é maravilhosa. Café da manhã perfeito, mas o que mais me chamou a atenção neste hotel foi a equipe, desde manobristas, recepção, limpeza, restaurante e lojinha de bebidas, todos muito atenciosos, sempre pronto a nos ajudar.
