Hotel indicado para quem busca hospedagem de baixo custo, perto da praia, basicamente para dormir e sem grandes exigências de conforto. O café da manhã é muito bom, com boa variedade, porém é servido em outro hotel da rede, a cerca de 50 metros, o que pode ser desconfortável em dias de chuva ou para quem está com crianças. O estacionamento é terceirizado: o carro fica em frente ao outro hotel e é preciso caminhar até o prédio para solicitar e depois retirar com o manobrista. O hotel informa espera de 5 a 10 minutos, porém na prática pode ultrapassar 20 minutos, especialmente em horários de maior movimento. Isso pode ser um problema para famílias com crianças autistas ou pessoas com dificuldade de lidar com espera prolongada. O quarto era bom no geral: limpo, bem climatizado e com bom Wi-Fi. Porém, a estrutura é antiga e simples: sem frigobar, armário ou mesa de apoio; colchão bastante usado; pia e box pequenos; chuveiro elétrico simples (inverno/verão) e vaso sanitário com vazamento. Não é adequado para quem precisa de acessibilidade: não há elevador e a recepção fica no segundo piso, com acesso apenas por escadas. A equipe parece esforçada, mas sobrecarregada. Presenciei discussão entre funcionário e hóspede e conversei com colaborador em turno superior a 12 horas, visivelmente cansado e irritado. No geral, atende a quem prioriza preço e localização, mas precisa melhorar estrutura, manutenção e organização do serviço.

Apesar de ser alta temporada , muito caro para o que oferece. E o café da manhã é servido fora do hotel a um quadra de distância somente a partir das 7 h. Sugiro considerarem abrir as 6:30h. Não pude tomar café. No mais o quarto é limpo e arrumado e as instalações funcionam. Se bem que isso é o mínimo contatado.

1)banheiro mal planejado onde o box é grudado na lateral do vaso sanitário fazendo com que o usuário tenha que "sentar de lado" pra conseguir usar. 2)janela do banheiro (basculante) toda suja pelo lado externo com manchas de tintas e poeira grudada demonstrando que há muito tempo não é limpa (fiz um vídeo e mostrei na recepção). 2)café da manhã incluso mas não é no mesmo prédio, é preciso ir para outro hotel na mesma rua e nele não havia lugares suficientes fazendo com que os hóspedes tivessem que esperar numa fila do lado de fora mesmo chegando no início do horário. 3)funcionário da recepção demonstrava pouca vontade, fazendo questão de mostrar insatisfação, cheguei a ouvi-lo reclamar em voz alta pela chegada de mais hóspedes e ele estava sozinho, sua expressão e gestos era como se o hotel estivesse fazendo um enorme favor para o hóspede como se fosse gratuito. Enfim fica aquela lição do tipo PELO PREÇO QUE ESTÁ PAGANDO SE CONTENTE COM ISSO.
