Razoável

Nossa estadia foi razoável, faltou um pouco de cordialidade por parte dos funcionários. Hotel é muito bem limpo, não é confortável, em nosso quarto “de cama de casal”, eram duas de solteiros juntas. Café da manhã foi bem razoável, não tinha muitas variedades.

Cheguei no hotel 00:05 e Nao havia ninguém na recepção para realizar o checkin, toquei a campainha e liguei inúmeras vezes. Se não há funcionário 24h por dia, deveria no mínimo haver um aviso na hora da reserva sobre horário limite de entrada. Acabei tendo que encontrar outro hotel durante a madrugada, péssimo

Para uma noite ok

O senhor da recepção questionou o valor do hotéis.com, não queria fazer o valor que estava no app, ríspido e pouco amistoso! Nos deu a chave de um quarto que estava ocupado, abrimos a porta e estavam as coisas de outros hóspedes!!! Wi-Fi não funcionava, ao ligar na recepção esse mesmo senhor pediu para que subíssemos em uma cadeira e desligássemos o modem que segundo ele estava na frente da nossa porta !!! Café da manhã bom, atendente do café super simpática. No banheiro achamos uma barata, hotel precisa de algumas reformas!

PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA

Péssima experiência, hotel muito antigo com aparência de sujo. Na recepção eu ouvi da pessoa que me atendeu “esse preço está errado, mas vou ter que fazer mesmo assim, ainda bem que você vai ficar só uma noite”. Ao entrar no apartamento MUITO PEQUENO e com cheiro de cigarro, a janela não abria e o ar condicionado quando liguei, parecia uma chaminé de fumaça de cigarro. Cama pequena e com formato de canoa, roupas de camas com cheiros de mofo (ou algo assim), no banheiro o interruptor de descarga estava quebrado e fazendo um barulho horroroso, café da manhã pobre, suco que deveria ser de laranja era água com laranja, e o pedido de um omelete eu recebi algo que não foi possível comer, mas que não era ovo não era. No dia seguinte 11h50 eu recebi uma chamada no interfone perguntando se eu iria ficar mais uma diária, eu disse que estava saindo e a resposta foi “você tem 5 min para sair” e já na saída na recepção a pessoa me informou que não tinha como fazer nota fiscal e que eles iriam enviar posteriormente, recusei e disse que iria ficar ali aguardando até que fosse providenciado. A pessoa fez uma imagem da ficha que eu preenchi no checkin e enviou para alguém, minutos depois e recebi a NF. Enfim, terrível péssima é decepcionante experiência. NUNCA MAIS

A edificação antiga, arquitetura e a vista à partir do rio Blumenau separando o entorno do centro da cidade. Deve melhorar o café da manhã, com suco natural (são processados aparentemente), qualidade das frutas e higiene da bancada de servir.

A estadia no Oktoberfest fest.

No check-in nos deram um quarto não condizente com o ofertado no site do hotéis.com. No entanto, ao reclamar houve a troca de quarto. Há de se ressaltar que no banheiro do hotel não tinha ducha higiênica, bem como não há o fornecimento de xampu. No mais, tudo correu bem.

Apesar de ter realizado as reservas regularmente, não foi possivel ficar no hotel, pois o hotel não possuía quartos disponíveis para mim. Fui obrigado a procurar nova hospedagem, o que me acarretou inumeros problemas, sem falar que fiquei muito afastado do centro, o que me trouxe mais gastos.

Hotel que preza pela limpeza.

Hotel simples, limpo e o quatro tem um tamanho bom. Café da manhã simples e o local em que é servido é pequeno para a quantidade de hóspedes. Nos hospedamos para a Oktoberfest e as três da manhã uma bagunça causada por um grupo de hóspedes bêbados, acordou os demais e nenhuma atitude foi tomada por parte do hotel.

Um hotel sem tomadas

Atendimento na recepção, terrível. O atendente estava mais preocupado em pregar a palavra de Deus, mesmo com 03 hóspedes, cansadas tentando fazer o check-in. As instalações são antigas (móveis, cortinas, chuveiro, banheiro). Clássico e sem conforto nenhum. As cortinas tem um cheiro ruim. Ainda bem que não tem carpete senão ficaria pior. Só tem DUAS tomadas: uma no quarto e outra no banheiro. Para carregar o celular você precisa desligar o frigobar ou a TV. Não dá para usar o computador por conta disso o fio teria que ser longo. Os cobertores tinham um cheiro ruim de usado ou mofo, não sei. Pedi uma canja no jantar, a porção é digna de um bebê de 1 ano. Fiz reserva para duas noites, mas acabei cancelando a segunda por conta do desconforto.
