Levamos mais de 1 hora para realizar o check in, porque havia apenas um funcionário para realizar esse serviço, o mesmo que atendia o pagamento do restaurante. Para piorar, o sistema de check in estava extremamente lento. Fora isso, o quarto é bastante espaçoso, limpo e confortável e o café da manhã bem variado e muito gostoso.

Terrívelmente mal atendidos

Estava viajando com meus pais, ambos com mais de 80 anos, que foram terrivelmente mal atendidos e não respeitaram a sua prioridade por lei. Após uma longa viagem, precisaram enfrentar uma fila enorme por 1 hora e 17 minutos para fazer o check-in, já que havia apenas um funcionário na recepção do hotel. O café da manhã foi outro desastre. O hotel estava superlotado e não havia comida suficiente para todos. Faltou absolutamente tudo: café, leite, pão, bolo, queijo… nada era reposto a tempo. Quando fui me servir, restavam apenas três fatias de mamão. A impressão é de que até havia comida na cozinha, mas a equipe não dava conta de repor, claramente despreparada para a quantidade de hóspedes. Assim que algo era colocado, desaparecia em segundos. Além disso, o hotel é bastante simples e definitivamente não justifica o valor cobrado — mesmo que o atendimento fosse ágil e o café excelente, o que passou longe de acontecer.
