Infelizmente, fiquei insatisfeita com a limpeza do quarto. Os lençóis pareciam não ter sido trocados e o banheiro não estava com aspecto de devidamente higienizado. A limpeza é um requisito básico para uma boa hospedagem e precisa de maior atenção.

Estadia boa! Só falta um pouco mais de pró-atividade da recepção, pois quando cheguei, eu tinha crédito e nada me falaram, nem ofereceram abater no jantar que ofereciam! 😕 Só fiquei sabendo na saída, e foi só porque o recepcionista diurno achou que eu estava devendo, quando na verdade, era um crédito! Mas fora isso e o fato de os carros ficarem no tempo (mas seguros), tudo certo! 👍

A imagem da televisão tinha pouca qualidade, da mesma forma a lista de canais. A pia tava com algum problema no escoamento pois demorava muito para a água escoar. O café da manhã, apesar de estar bom, tinha pouca opção de fruta, e as que estavam cortadas tavam mais escuras já.

Quarto aparentemente limpo, mas com box do banheiro sujo, ar condicionado com muita poeira. Paredes de drywall, se escuta tudo. Quando ao barulho da BR não podemos apinar; pois nosso quarto ficava para trás. Pegamos um atendente que estava em treinamento e levou um pouco mais de tempo, como estávamos com criança e elas estavam já impacientes, penso que numa situação de treinamento, cliente a noite, com crianças, o atendente que deveria atender, poderia ser o mais experiente pra agilizar o checkin. Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso. Café de máquina, e não café passado. Estacionamento amplo, ao ar livre sem cobertura. NAO PARCELAM A ESTADIA! Teve de ser pago à vista. E isso não mencionava no app, fiquei frustrada.

Sem opção para crianças, não havia nenhuma área kids. Sem opção de pagamento da estadia de forma parcelada , e também não dava pra pagar direto no aplicativo. Pra fazer qualquer coisa na região precisa se deslocar de carro. Único ponto favorável foi o acesso rápido para a rodovia.

Custo benefício excelente para o que queríamos. Equipe atenciosa, restaurante funcionou quando precisamos, quarto (cama e chuveiro) ótimos. Já que não conseguimos ficar em Pomerode mesmo, foi um hotel que pesquisamos, as margens da rodovia e que nos atendeu da forma que precisávamos. Muita obra no entorno, mas nada que um GPS não ajude.

Nossa experiência foi ótima! O hotel fica na frente da BR470, e também do Shopping. Apesar de haver um evento tocando Rock no estacionamento do shopping, não ouvimos nada do nosso quarto. Aliás, frigobar e ar condicionado do quarto também, super silenciosos. O quarto estava limpo e organizado. Os funcionários eram cordiais e prontamente nos ajudaram quando precisamos. Em relação ao café da manhã, muito bom também, bastante variedade e tudo fresquinho!

O hotel é excelente, boa localização para quem chega e sai da cidade, enfrente ao shopping, fácil acesso a todos os principais pontos da cidade. Janelas com proteção acústica, mesmo sendo enfrente a Br, não escuta barulho externo. Equipe de funcionários ótimos, muito atenciosos e educados. Café da manhã delicioso e completo. Quarto extremamente confortável, cama confortável, roupa de cama limpa e aconchegante, ducha impecável, com muita água é quente. Limpeza do quarto e do hotel em geral nota 10.
