Hotel com um ótimo custo-benefício

O atendimento no check-in foi rápido. Solicitei um berço com antecedência e fui prontamente atendido. Como chegamos à noite e estava chovendo muito, decidimos jantar no restaurante do hotel. As opções eram poucas, mas fomos bem atendidos. O café da manhã é bom, com frutas, frios, bolos e sucos. A diária do estacionamento é R$ 25,00. Acredito que o hotel oferece um ótimo custo-benefício.

Razoável. A acústica do hotel não veda o suficiente, então é possível escutar pessoas andando pelo corredor e conversando durante a noite. O café da manhã é visualmente atrativo, mas nada demais. O estacionamento é estreito, mas caso vá de carro planeje-se para utiliza-lo mesmo assim, porque a via em frente ao hotel é de trânsito rápido e não tem vagas públicas.

Experiência muito ruim. Barulho noite inteira. Após reclamação, ouvi a seguinte explicação: "sentimentos muito. Evitamos usar esse apt (202) , somente em último caso, qd o hotel está lotado". ABSURDO! PAGUEI MAIS DE R$ 320,00 PRA NÃO DORMIR/DESCANSAR. No check in pedi pra trocar mas me foi dito que não era possível!!! O valor da estadia deveria SER DEVOLVIDO junto com um pedido de desculpas.
