Great Location and Very Clean

Positive thoughts: The staff were very helpful, and the price is excellent considering the location. Breakfast was also good – I especially enjoyed the filtered coffee. Things to improve: The ventilation/extraction system is a bit noisy, which can affect the comfort of the stay. Another area that could be improved is the restaurant. I tried the chicken and the burger, choosing the simplest dishes, but unfortunately they were disappointing. The burger was undercooked, lacked flavor, and was quite oily, while the fries were not up to standard. With some adjustments in the kitchen and attention to food quality, this hotel could easily elevate the overall guest experience. Please give proper real napkins to your guests, not that thin paper that looks like parchment paper or food truck paper.

It took about 45 minutes to check in. There was someone else’s hair in the bathroom sink. The toilet cover was smaller than the actual toilet. Unable to block sunlight from reaching the room.

Estacionamento caro com 3 pisos e aem indicação para onde fica o elevador. E mais o elevador das garagens fica longe dos elevadores dá acesso às acomodações. O acesso de carro externo de quem chega para o checkin é pequeno e com poucos carregadores de malas. Sinceramente, não gostei.

Hotel limpo, bem localizado para quem vai à eventos….. na região. Café da manhã ok. Nada de excepcional. Funcionários da recepção um pouco despreparados. Não sabiam informar nada sobre o estacionamento parceiro anexo ao hotel. Mesmo sendo terceirizado o estacionamento , deveriam saber informar sobre o mesmo. O rapaz do estacionamento também não informou sobre entradas e saídas durante o período da diária. Pois , tem preço especial e fixo para os hóspedes. ( 50,00) Fora isso, hotel é muito bom.
