Great resort, but there was one downside: construction was ongoing, and our afternoon nap was interrupted by hammering and machinery. I’m not sure why those rooms next to the construction site were assigned to us. That was the only downside during our stay.

Não programe sua ida sem ler esse review!!! O hotel, a comida e o staff são ótimos. O hotel precisa melhorar em algumas práticas para não afastar os cliente. Por exemplo no dia do check in você só pode entrar na propriedade após as 14 horas. Antes desse horário somente com pagamento de um valor de 249 por adulto. Mesmo tendo chego as 13 horas no local. No dia do check out é obrigatório sair da propriedade até as 15horas e obrigatório liberar o quarto até as 11:00. Eu fico imaginando quem vai visitar o hotel vindo de avião tendo que aguardar do lado de fora por conta dessa taxa surpresa. Um hotel que cobra diária de 1800 no mínimo ter que fazer tal cobrança me parece uma falta de cortesia com o cliente. Outras atitudes como ameaçar cobrar devolução do cartão dos quartos são atitudes de hotel low budget. Práticas essas que eu nunca vi em resort nenhum.

No geral o hotel é muito bom e cumpre o propósito de Hotel para a Familia, porem para se locomover para qualquer ponto é necessario elevador, e os elevadores são lentos e sem lógica , em momentos de picos é estressante. Não há função aquecer no AC dos quartos. Minha sobrinha levou um choque em um fio exposto no hall. A comida é boa, e dentro do esperado para all-inclusive.

Quarto amplo e limpo. Boa roupa de cama. Funcionários prestativos. All inclusive com boas opções de bebida e buffet. Disponível o dia inteiro. Piscinas internas aquecidas precisam de uma reforma, estão bem desgastadas. Ótimas opções de lazer, parquinhos, bicicleta, pedalinho. O buffet do jantar abre muito tarde, às 20:00. Para quem tem filhos pequenos, fica muito tarde para fazer a rotina noturna. Via-se dezenas de pessoas sentadas às mesas do restaurante esperando abrir.

A estrutura do Fazzenda Park é muito boa, mas infelizmente o lado humano da operação é horrível. Tivemos uma experiência péssima. O ralo do banheiro estava entupido logo no primeiro uso e, ao dar banho nas crianças, o banheiro alagou completamente, espalhando água por metade do quarto e pelo corredor. A manutenção demorou para resolver que acabamos perdendo o jantar. Para piorar, houve uma demora enorme na reposição das toalhas que foram usadas para conter a “enxente”; no dia seguinte, esperamos quase uma hora para que trouxessem unidades limpas. O ponto mais frustrante foi na recreação: levei meus filhos para a pintura facial e, por faltarem apenas 5 dias para completarem 3 anos, foram impedidos de participar. Só permitiriam depois que todas as outras crianças da recreação terminassem (ou seja, muito tempo mais). Ficamos 20 minutos na espera para receber esse "não" na nossa vez, o que resultou em choro dos filhos e frustração total. Infelizmente, a falta de empatia e a falha no serviço básico comprometeram toda a estadia. Não se desculparam de nada, falta uma coordenação de experiência dos hóspedes.

De modo geral o resort é incrível, mas peca nos detalhes. A reforma da área de alimentação ficou linda, as novas ilhas de comidas ficaram ótimas (a qualidade da comida não é excelente - tinha um risoto mto ruim). Nos hospedamos num quarto lindinho na Vila das Flores, com uma vista deliciosa. Único ruim era a obra no apartamento de cima. Tbm havia obra num apartamento próximo ao parquinho, então estava impossível de ficar por lá por conta do pó tipo de gesso voando por tudo. Detalhes: péssima qualidade das toalhas (finas e ásperas, creio que nos aptos de alto padrão não deve ser assim), pia do banheiro entupida, uma das camas extras das crianças era extremamente barulhenta, não deu pra dormir nela. À noite estávamos tomando uns drinks no bar próximo a recepção e minha bebê vomitou em frente ao balcão. Fomos até a recepção avisar e simplesmente não havia NINGUÉM disponível naquele horário (era perto de meia noite). Ou seja, o vômito ficou lá numa área de circulação até o dia seguinte. Agora a parte que mais deixou a desejar: avisei que seria aniversário do meu filho mais velho. Me falaram que deixariam um mimo no quarto e eu comentei com ele. Relembrei a moça no checkin e ela disse que eles só deixam coisas no quarto à noite. Passou e nada. No dia seguinte voltei lá pra questionar e a reação delas foi praticamente dar de ombros. Nunca vi tanta irresponsabilidade e insensibilidade com uma criança em nenhum local que já tenha me hospedados. Foram péssimos demais.
