Worst Nightmare !

Worst nightmare possible ! Absolutely no support from Hotels.com. We were treated terribly by the hotel staff, and the room was a complete disaster. I stay over 120 nights per year using this platform, and this was by far the worst experience of my life. What made it even worse was the total lack of respect and support from Hotels.com.

Razoavel, havia reforma no andar que era impossível ficar no quarto durante o dia, um dos elevadores quebraram ai passamos a dividir o elevador com materias de construção. O quarto que me colocaram era ao lado do deposito do andar que nao é agradavel. O cafe da manha é bom mas há uma norma constrangedora de que se quisermos sair comendo o pão seria cobrado a parte. Nunca tinha visto isso em outros locais que me hospedei.

Me surpreendeu positivamente! Tudo muito bom! Apesar do quarto em que ficamos tinha sinais de manutenção necessária, o pessoal do hotel me explicou que eles estão revitalizando todos os quartos gradativamente, portanto, entendo ser algo passageiro e no geral estava tudo maravilhoso. Boa localização

Pode se dizer que é um bom hotel. Vou dizer oque gostei e o que não gostei, café da manhã gostei, aliás muito bom , espaço legal pro café, tv boa tbm, as funcionárias do cafe são lentas , num dia tivemos que limpar a mesa para podermos sentar e tomar nosso cafe. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar ,mas nada tão ruim assim . Agora a lenda do hotel são os elevadores, meu deus do céu , pequenos e extremamente demorados, um dia ficamos 10 minutos esperando no nosso andar (5°) e é o dia todo assim , lento demais. Quero citar o funcionário Vinícius da recepção, muito gente boa ele.

Razoável, gosto de deixar minha opinião sincera para que outros hospedes possam tirar dúvidas, (o quarto em que me hospedei foi o Quarto casal ou duplo luxo). POSITIVO: 1-Os colaboradores são todos muito atenciosos e solícitos, desde as camareiras até os recepcionistas; 2- É muito bem localizado; 3- A limpeza é impecável; 4- Um dos melhores cafés da manhã comparado a hotéis do mesmo porte na região (surpreendeu). NEGATIVO: 1- Ar condicionado extremamente barulhento, o ruído interno era alto demais; 2- Não tem isolamento acústico na janelas, mesmo no quarto 606 que se localiza no oitavo ou nono andar, o barulho externo entra no quarto com muita facilidade, o que, somado ao barulho interno do ar condicionado, você não terá facilidade para dormir, inclusive, torna impossível assistir algo na televisão se o volume da mesma não estiver alto; 3- Quanto ao ruído externo, já fiquei em vários hotéis da mesma região, com a mesma proximidade da avenida, esse foi de longe o mais barulhento, 4- Na descrição do meu quarto estava descrito que havia máquina de café mas não tinha; 5- Estacionamento pago a parte, valor de R$ 60,00 (não estava no anúncio. 6- Além de não ter máquina de café no quarto, não existe a possibilidade de pedir café para o restaurante do hotel, estranhei, nunca tinha visto isso, se quiser algo precisa ir até uma cafeteria próxima, como sugestão, deveriam deixar uma máquina de café na recepção para que, aqueles que quiserem, possam comprar no hotel mesmo.

Não foi uma boa experiência.

Não foi agradável, o lugar tem cheiro forte de mofo,ar condicionado velho,não gelava o quarto,o banheiro horrível,o barulho a noite da rua muito alto no quarto, somente dois elevadores para todos os hóspedes e sem ventilação. Mas resolveram o problema rapidamente quando precisei sair do hotel, isso preciso elogiar.

Boa Localização, mas experiência frustante.

Minha estadia neste hotel foi mediana, com mais pontos negativos do que positivos. A localização é excelente, e o café da manhã é de boa qualidade, mas, infelizmente, esses são os únicos destaques positivos. Os banheiros têm prateleiras desnecessárias que tornam o espaço pouco prático. O ar-condicionado é extremamente barulhento, atrapalhando o descanso, e as camas são desconfortáveis, o que compromete a qualidade do sono. O maior problema, porém, foram os elevadores. Com capacidade para apenas quatro pessoas, frequentemente era necessário esperar muito tempo para conseguir utilizá-los, o que se tornou bastante inconveniente, especialmente em horários de maior movimento. Além disso, o isolamento acústico do hotel é ruim, e o barulho constante vindo da rua dificulta o descanso. No geral, apesar de alguns pontos positivos, não recomendaria este hotel para quem busca conforto e tranquilidade.

Quarto barulhento. Não tinha isolamento acústico adequado. Não havia uma mesinha de cabeceira e o telefone ficava em cima da cama. Chão sujo. Um elevador teve defeito e passamos o fds com apenas 1, que comportava 4 pessoas. Usamos a escada na maioria das vezes. Na área kids, havia uma janela aberta, com rede arrebentada. Achei super bem localizado o hotel, confortável, banho muito bom, serviço de toalha para usar na praia e nas piscinas. Café da manhã excelente.

Hotel bastante antigo, a cama muito ruim, precisa urgentemente de troca e renovação total dos quartos. Café da manhã também ruim. Não volto a me hospedar lá!!
