Worst Nightmare !

Worst nightmare possible ! Absolutely no support from Hotels.com. We were treated terribly by the hotel staff, and the room was a complete disaster. I stay over 120 nights per year using this platform, and this was by far the worst experience of my life. What made it even worse was the total lack of respect and support from Hotels.com.

Razoável

Razoável, gosto de deixar minha opinião sincera para que outros hospedes possam tirar dúvidas, (o quarto em que me hospedei foi o Quarto casal ou duplo luxo). POSITIVO: 1-Os colaboradores são todos muito atenciosos e solícitos, desde as camareiras até os recepcionistas; 2- É muito bem localizado; 3- A limpeza é impecável; 4- Um dos melhores cafés da manhã comparado a hotéis do mesmo porte na região (surpreendeu). NEGATIVO: 1- Ar condicionado extremamente barulhento, o ruído interno era alto demais; 2- Não tem isolamento acústico na janelas, mesmo no quarto 606 que se localiza no oitavo ou nono andar, o barulho externo entra no quarto com muita facilidade, o que, somado ao barulho interno do ar condicionado, você não terá facilidade para dormir, inclusive, torna impossível assistir algo na televisão se o volume da mesma não estiver alto; 3- Quanto ao ruído externo, já fiquei em vários hotéis da mesma região, com a mesma proximidade da avenida, esse foi de longe o mais barulhento, 4- Na descrição do meu quarto estava descrito que havia máquina de café mas não tinha; 5- Estacionamento pago a parte, valor de R$ 60,00 (não estava no anúncio. 6- Além de não ter máquina de café no quarto, não existe a possibilidade de pedir café para o restaurante do hotel, estranhei, nunca tinha visto isso, se quiser algo precisa ir até uma cafeteria próxima, como sugestão, deveriam deixar uma máquina de café na recepção para que, aqueles que quiserem, possam comprar no hotel mesmo.

Não foi uma boa experiência.

Não foi agradável, o lugar tem cheiro forte de mofo,ar condicionado velho,não gelava o quarto,o banheiro horrível,o barulho a noite da rua muito alto no quarto, somente dois elevadores para todos os hóspedes e sem ventilação. Mas resolveram o problema rapidamente quando precisei sair do hotel, isso preciso elogiar.

Boa Localização, mas experiência frustante.

Minha estadia neste hotel foi mediana, com mais pontos negativos do que positivos. A localização é excelente, e o café da manhã é de boa qualidade, mas, infelizmente, esses são os únicos destaques positivos. Os banheiros têm prateleiras desnecessárias que tornam o espaço pouco prático. O ar-condicionado é extremamente barulhento, atrapalhando o descanso, e as camas são desconfortáveis, o que compromete a qualidade do sono. O maior problema, porém, foram os elevadores. Com capacidade para apenas quatro pessoas, frequentemente era necessário esperar muito tempo para conseguir utilizá-los, o que se tornou bastante inconveniente, especialmente em horários de maior movimento. Além disso, o isolamento acústico do hotel é ruim, e o barulho constante vindo da rua dificulta o descanso. No geral, apesar de alguns pontos positivos, não recomendaria este hotel para quem busca conforto e tranquilidade.

Ótimo custo benefício.

O hotel tem uma ótima estrutra. Seus colaboradores são cordiais e prestativos, adoramos a experiência. Ótima localização! Único ponto negativo são os barulhos à noite, pois acredito que a janela não tem uma boa acústica!

Quarto barulhento. Não tinha isolamento acústico adequado. Não havia uma mesinha de cabeceira e o telefone ficava em cima da cama. Chão sujo. Um elevador teve defeito e passamos o fds com apenas 1, que comportava 4 pessoas. Usamos a escada na maioria das vezes. Na área kids, havia uma janela aberta, com rede arrebentada. Extremamente inseguro. O café era bom. Funcionários atenciosos. Localização boa. Não voltaria
