ATÉ AGORA NAO CONSIGO ENTENDER O PORQUE CHAMAR ESSE HOTEL DE "RESORT" HOTEL VELHO E COM MUITA COISA QUEBRADA (Porta toalha no quarto, secador de cabelo, janela do banheiro, controle da TV, entre outros itens pelo Hotel) A limpeza de quarto é a pior que ja vi na vida! Camareiras que entram no quarto quando voce ainda está nele! A unica coisa que é OTIMO é a comida (porém apenas uma maquina de cafe com fila imensa)

Comida excelente, era o que mais esperávamos pra saber se era como no Instagram, mas foi bem mais, sem palavras pro capricho e sabor, o chef e toda equipe estao de parabens! Instalações super bem cuidadas e limpas, atendimento de excelência de TODOS os funcionarios, desde a recepção, restaurante, camareiras, tios e tias da recreação! A recreação é um capítulo a parte! TODOS muito empenhados em realmente entreter os hóspedes, os tios da recreação de 6 a 12 anos deixaram nosso pequeno ansioso pela próxima atividade em todos os dias em que estivemos hospedados, o carinho do tio CEBOLA, da tia DOCINHO, do tio CORUJA e da tia PAÇOCA, foram sensacionais! A recreação dos adultos não ficou pra trás, a tia FOCA e o tio SIRIGUELA são de uma criatividade e humor absurdos, rimos e nos divertimos demais! Com certeza voltaremos e esperamos que os tios e tias da recreação estejam todos ai!

Pasamos 5 días con mi esposa y 2 de mis hijos de 8 y 10 años. Pasamos bárbaro el equipo de animación fue excelente, Cebola y minhoca junto a la otra chica estuvieron pendientes de que no solo disfrutaramos en familia sino que nos dieron tiempo para disfrutar en pareja. Muy recomendable. La playa y el servicio de playa excelente. Todo el personal con buena disposición. Si hay algo para aconsejar es que tendrían que contratar más personal de apoyo para la reposición del Buffet principalmente cuando hay grupos grandes como fue el caso que habían 2 ómnibus de excursion lo que llevaba el servicio al limite. Pero por lo demás 10 puntos.

Muito boa a nossa experiência. Resort completo e bem agradável. Bloco náutilus fica mais perto de tudo no geral. Refeições bem completas e dá pra agradar um pouquinho a todos. Equipe da recreação nota 10. Imprescindível levar repelente, tem muuuuuito pernilongo a noite. Senti falta de ter bebedouros disponíveis.

Surpreendente!

Descobrimos o hotel por acaso na internet e arriscamos. Foi uma grata surpresa! Quarto grande e confortável. Alimentação excelente, tudo de ótima qualidade, muita variedade e bem feito. Café da manhã e da tarde com muitas opções; almoços e jantares diferenciados (sábado ao meio dia teve feijoada e a noite foi servido churrasco em uma área diferente, por exemplo). Ótimas opções de lazer: trenzinho que leva à praia, com estrutura de guarda sol, cadeiras e serviço de praia. Em relação às piscinas, como fomos no outono acabamos aproveitando mais as piscinas aquecidas (são duas áreas com piscinas térmicas). O parque aquático parece muito legal, acabamos não usando porque estava um pouquinho frio, mas queremos voltar novamente no verão para aproveitarmos.
