At the reception I was treat very well by most of the staff .. including Stefany that was really helpful. But a woman at the reception hang the phone on my face after I made a complain. Totally absurd. I have never passed through such a thing… The hotel has problems, I could list a few ones… but will not was my time. I would not come back there. At the same time that I unfortunately encountered one very bad employee, they have some very good ones.

O café da manhã é agradável. Tive problema no atendimento do restaurante. Primeiro dia meu almoço demorou dua horas para chegar e ainda ouvir uma piada da pessoa que me atendeu.
