Atendimento nota 10 por parte dos funcionários. Principalmente os Tio da recreação infantil, Tio Cachinho e Tio Bigode. Minha filha (6 anos) amou eles. Comida na média, porém falta opções sem glúten e lactose. Bebida não tem vinhos, espumantes e whisky inclusos.

Hotel tem potencial

Hotel novo, apartamentos limpos, estrutura excelente, funcionários engajados, contudo, necessitam de um treinamento constante, a exceção do Leandro, que atende no bar da recepção que é excelente. A comida deixou a desejar, em que pese ter em Chef no hotel, o mesmo carrega muito nos temperos e as combinações são estranhas. Possuo filhos e criança quer comer arroz branco, carne e batata frita (feijão tinha todos os dias), mas as demais não. Enfim, entendo que o hotel tem potencial, mas precisa de um ajuste fino.

Uma pena a limpeza não ser top , porque um SPA tem que ser excelencia em capricho mas após estar hospedado e analisando o local percebi que talvez esteja faltando funcionarios na parte de limpeza , lendo comentarios de alguns hospedes vi que muitos comentaram sobre limpeza e eu concordo agora oque fiquei pensando é o seguinte tem reclamações sobre isto a meses e fica a pergunta ? eu percebi que pecam neste quesito e a Gerencia a meses não consegue perceber ? naõ consegue resolver ? ex: vidros do restaurante permaneceram sujos por dias falo da parte de dentro maozihas de crianças , banheiro da suite nao foi limpo nem quarto apenas arrumaram a cama trocaram toalhas fiquei 4 noites , piscinas escadas parte externa sujas , banheiro da piscina interna muito sujos no dia que usei , a copa do terceiro andar que tinha poeira em cima do microondas mas o lugar e fechado com pó ? tipo nao é limpo com frequencia , louça suja na pia ? nao pode tem que colocar chefia de limpeza urgente !!! sei que o local é grande mas é um SPA e necessita estar impecavel , no mais espero que a gerencia resolva porque o lugar é muito lindo funcionarios queridos educados sempre prontos a ajudar me senti muito a vontade em todos lugares deste SPA mas limpeza é fundamental na minha visão , amei o cafe da manha e jantar o atendimento dos funcionarios , amei a trilha sonara que rola no hotel, quarto amplo arejado então tem tudo para ser Top SPA 5 ESTRELAS mas não são
