Very friendly and welcoming staff. Told us what shopping places were too expensive and suggested other to get better deals also suggested tourists spots. Rooms were clean, AC, TV, Fridge, Good Shower, Daily Turn Down Service. Would stay here again :)

Wonderful Stay at Zeyn Hotel – Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic experience staying at Zeyn Hotel. From the very beginning, everything was well-organized—the airport transfer arranged by the hotel was smooth and efficient. Upon arrival, I immediately felt welcomed and well cared for. The hotel staff and the owner are genuinely attentive and go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. The room was clean and cozy, with complimentary bottled water provided. We stayed here for 2 nights in a clean quiet room overlooking the sea and close to everything. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the breakfast with lots to choose from. We highly recommend this great hotel!

Great hotel in "old" Istanbul!!!

From the time we arrived until the time we left, the staff at this hotel was fantastic! When we checked in, Tural and Selcuk made us feel very welcome and throughout our stay, they were always available to help with advice where to go, how to get there and anything else we needed. The breakfast spread was great! And nice to have local items to taste! The location was also really convenient to many of the major attractions to see in Istanbul, that we walked almost everywhere! The local restaurants were a treat and the staff at these establishments were also very friendly and welcoming. This is a hotel that we have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

I stayed with my mother at the hotel and to our delight the hotel is in the vicinity of major attractions. The hotel staff were very nice and explained many times and also gave us complementary water, tea and coffee, and a scarf to cover our heads when we were going to mosque.

This place was great. The staff was welcoming and also gave me a beautiful gift scarf in case I visited the inside of some of the mosques around the area. The room was clean and comfortable. I have huge issues with beds in most places I stay and this one was actually comfortable! I would definitely recommend this hotel!!
