Coming from madina extremely tired Istanbul was hot and the room was extremely hot only to find out there was no air conditioning in the room had to leave the windows open for cool air but the street outside was very noisy

I really like the hotel and the area around. The only thing which they can improve on is to facilitate the customers a bit more. I booked 2 rooms for 5 persons but because of some confusion on the websites, it was booked for 4 persons instead of 5 but the rooms capacity was 5 persons. So they charged me around 130 US dollars extra which could have been easily avoided. Otherwise the hotel location and food were excellent.

We enjoyed our stay at Yilsam so very much. Staff is amazing and make you feel like family. They would help us with any inquiry we had. From food to tourism their assistance was great. Will definitely be returning to Yilsam the next time in Türkiye .

I stayed in this hotel for 6 days and I had a very good experience. The people who work there are very polite and respectful. The hotel itself is clean and within walking distance of the center. The breakfast was very tasty and on the terrace very nice view, I will book here again next time!
