Guests should follow signs for gates A and B; the hotel is next to LCW store. Guests arriving on an international flight and who will be continuing on to another international flight should pass through International Transfer Security to reach the hotel. It was not easy to find, the signage in the airport is not adequate. The room is great, the bed, sheets, towels, all good. Shower was moldy, otherwise very clean. Staff was helpful, allowed to adjust the hours of stay.

We really appreciated the clean and convenient space for our overnight layover! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The superior king room has plenty of space, great lighting, and was very quiet. We appreciated the free drinking water, too!

I read the reviews nervous about cleanliness and towel issue, however I didnt run into that problem. While there were no towels in the bathrooms once towel shelves, it was very simple to just go to the reception and ask. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and room was spacious enough for 1 person to get a decent night sleep. My only complaint is the rooms are definitely not soundproof. That should be removed from description. I could hear every footsteps, conversation, and snore. Thankfully I was too tired to care.

The hotel is a great place to rest if you have a long layover. Clean in general although I did find the occasional dust ball and hair around various places but again, it is late and you are tired. The lighting inside the room does help conceive the occasional dust. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very well isolated and soundproof so although you are at a very busy place we were very comfortable all night. So overall it is totally worth it.

The pod was nice, dark, and quiet. The communal bathroom was also clean and luxurious. While the staff were nice, they weren’t very helpful. They did not explain how to open the pod door or how to turn on the lights, so when you enter the room, the door closes, the lights turn off, and it’s pitch black. No door handle. No panic bar. I turned on my iPhone flashlight and read the instruction for opening the door. The instructions said to press the unlock button and then the open button, but only the unlock button was labeled. When I took a shower later, the conditioner was out, and when I asked the staff for conditioner, they said it would be stocked later…you know, after I’ve gone. I checked back an hour later, and neither the conditioner nor the towels were restocked, so I feel bad for anyone wanting to take a shower after me. If the service had been much better, this would have been a five star review as the bedroom and bathroom were exactly what I needed.

Disappointed. I thought I had booked a hotel room and had asked it I could arrive early. This was a capsule type cabin which was ok and comfortable. However, it was very noisy especially as my cabin faced the staff room which was used very early.
