The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment I checked in. The room was clean and comfortable, i got a back room so there was no view of the street or the city from it. But the price was right, and location was excellent, i did enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I will certainly return during my next visit. Thank You !!!

This is a really nice little hotel. Very clean and has friendly staff. It is very affordable (it is a bit outdated). I stayed here when I was attending a conference at the Istanbul Congress Centre which is basically 3-5 min walk

Staff are very friendly

My stay was absolutely amazing the location is perfect and the rooms are clean and big and the location is quite and the staff are all nice and very friendly. Especially Ali, Karam, Safi and fatima were very helpful. I would recommend this place as i stayed here for 7 days and really enjoyed my stay

Courteous service in a great location

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and very nice and courteous service. The location was great for us since we came for an exhibition in the convention center which was practically 5 minutes walk away. The staff did their outmost to serve and make our stay comfortable.

I really loved staying at this hotel. It is very clean, quiet, modern inside. great shower and washroom facilities and above all, I loved the bed and pillows comfort. Location is fantastic as well. 1. One of the furniture items (cupboard underneath the TV) was broken, i.e. the hinge came off (we did not even touch it; it was like that even before we entered the room), which made it unsafe for a child aged 2 years. 2. One side of the shower area was completely open (no slide to close and prevent water), and another slide was also broken. 3. This is the most important one - on the next day (23 November 2025), we were asked to leave the room for 10-15 minutes for the council officers to inspect the room, which we did, but when we returned in the evening, the hotel was completely blacked out (you would feel that there is no electricity in the building and for this it was difficult to identify the buiding) and later we came to know that the council has shut down the property because the electricity line/wiring was not safe! We were asked to move to a different property, which was approximately 250 meters away, but we were not provided any transport (we originally used a Taxi to come to the hotel), i.e. had to walk with my 2-year-old child and luggage, which was not easy in a hilly area despite one guy from the hotel assisting us carrying a few luggage. Also, the new hotel they provided (Luce Suites Taksim, İnönü, Turna Sokağı No : 5, 34373 Şişli/İstanbul, Türkiye), the room and the toilet were smaller.

Sehr altes Gebäude, dementsprechend auch die Zimmer. In meinen Augen nicht zu empfehlen. Personal ist zwar bemüht was zu tun aber ohne Werkzeug oder Unterstützung vom Hoteleigentümer sind die Hände gebunden. Werde nie wieder das Hotel wieder besuchen.

Çok teşekkürler

Otel harbiyede Osmanbey metrosuna 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde, çok tatlı ve sakin bir sokakta. Resepsiyondaki arkadaş çok cana yakın ve yardımseverdi. Sistem üzerinden hata oluşmuş, küçük odaya rezervasyon yapmıştık ancak dolu olunca bizi mağdur etmemek için büyük oda verdiler. Odada mini buzdolabı, kettle, kahve, çay, su, temiz havlu vardı. Sıcak su da akıyordu ve hem oda hem banyo temizdi. Kesinlikle tekrardan kalırız burada çok memnun kaldık. Çok teşekkürler
