From the moment we stepped into the hotel to the moment we were leaving was an excellent stay, top class customer service, really friendly and always very polite. I would definitely go back to Vander Valk to stay. The rooms are really nice with everything you need like the fridge, lcd tv, safe locker. The beds were really comfortable.

Das Frühstück war lecker , schön vorbereitet und reichhaltig. .... unangenehm waren eher Kleinigkeiten. z.B. kein Ganzkörperspiegel (Istanbul ist eine Shoppingstadt), oder im Bad keine Seifenschale, zu wenig Haken um sein Handuch etc. aufzuhängen. Preisleistung absolut OKAY!!!!!!
