Close enough to public transport, 15 minutes into Salamanheet tram stop where all the main attractions are. Service was amazing. Clean room, recieved an additional blanket when requested. Helped with delivering our luggage late in the evening when the air travel company lost our luggage. Let us check in early. Will be staying again if we're next in Istanbul.

Fantastic location!

Fantastic location near Galata and the port area. Getting the tram from nearby Tophane station was very convenient. They don’t clean your rooms but do replace towels, empty rubbish bins and restock toiletries (they did this twice during our 5 night stay)

The place is conveniently located a few minutes away from the Galata Tower, the facilities felt well kept and up to date, great service and assistance from the staff who help us book tue transfer to the airport, highly recommend.

The staff was very accommodating. I arranged my transfer through them and they waited patiently even though I had a long delay with my flight and baggage claim. We stayed in communication through what’s app. Also during the stay communication was good. Very friendly, kind and helpful.The room was spacious and clean. I had a room with the sea view, which was very nice. You could hear and see the cruise boat. Airco was present. It is a room that on some points needs a bit of renovations. For example the rail in the bathroom. I liked the industrial look of the room. It’s noisy at some times of the days. But it didn’t bother me, because most of the times I was out and about. When it came to sleep, it was quiet and I always wake up rested without noise. There was a lot to do around the area, Galata Tower, port and bridge were very close by. Good places to eat out nearby. I walked a lot and for the far away parts I took an uber. I enjoyed my time very much! I had a nice and good experience at property.

We arrived early and were kindly allowed to check in early too. The room was very spacious. It's in a great area with lots of food, drink and shopping options nearby, lots of things are walkable and the tram is nearby. The only improvement would be the double bed, which had partially collapsed on one side, which meant sleeping at a bit of angle.

The apartment was not well-maintained. Upon arrival, the window was left open, and there was an unpleasant odor in the room, the bathroom door was broken. Despite the listing mentioning daily cleaning, our room was not cleaned once during our four-night stay. Walls are extremely thin, so noise from neighboring rooms was a constant problem. The first 3 nights, a baby next door cried continuously, and on the 3rd night kept us awake from 4 am to 7 am, making it impossible to sleep. The only positive was the location, which was convenient for exploring the area. Overall, unless you’re only staying one night and can tolerate noise and minimal amenities, I would advise looking elsewhere.

Based on the pics we were expecting much better property. The reception was closed when we arrived to check in, we had to ask other guests to find the staff. The shower wasn’t working properly, and when the room is booked for 3 person we expect 3 sleepers to be provided for us not just 1.

The bedroom was large with 2 good windows and well decorated. The views were not great. The sofa had several stains, needed to be reformed. The check in was not very easy because the door of the reception was closed and there was no sign on the door indicating it was there. There could be dish detergent, a sponge to wash the dish. The fridge was a bit noisy.

We booked the penthouse with a balcony offering the view of Istanbul. There were ants all over the apartment, we noticed them only when they started biting us all over while laying down. The housekeeping has been informed and they vacuumed the place but the ants were still all over. Bathroom was small, and unclean with a very dim light and low water pressure. The bathroom picture was not even advertised and it was completely other picture when I booked the room, so definitely disappointing We are not picky when it comes to a hotel room as long as the place is clean but this was far away from it and I wouldn’t say that it’s housekeeping but the infrastructure definitely needs interior upgrade
