Great location for family

Family really enjoyed apartment/hotel really clean, with park and pool for the kids. 10 mins away from the Istanbul Mall. Very good stay here.

The apartment was wonderful, and spacious with the comforts of home including a kitchen and washing machine. We stayed 8 days and could not be happier with the location and the convenience of restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this apartment/hotel, especially for a longer stay.

The property is very clean with a very helpful and professional management group. I asked them to see other options than what I have initially reserved and after I liked a bigger room They made it easy to transition and they even found a room with a huge balcony facing the yard. I will go back for SURE, on my next trip to Istanbul.

They wanted to have from us money for aleeady destroyed things were we havent been responsible and they havent cleaned up the rooms during our whole stay! We havent payed after long discussion with a boss who does not take care regarding his customers and let them wait for a long time, wirh a hope that they are going to pay maybe the amount which they have calculated!

The only thing that keeps this property from getting a 5 star is their so called offer for breakfast. It is not worth the price. They offered subtandered poor quality food. They served the same food every day. They served boiled eggs, beans, upside down eggs, sausages and potatoes, bread and cheeses. The food was stale and not appetizing. For drinks tea, lemonade, and cranberry juice. When I asked them if they could make me an omelette with tomato and onions I was told that I had to pay. The service was poor also. I only ate 3 days out of 16 days. I spoke with the manager and was denied a refund. I was told the restaurant wasn't owned by them and couldn't give me a refund and would not reach back to expedia who had been trying to reach out to them for a refund. Obviously they just wanted to keep the money. DON'T GET BREAKFAST PACKAGE!!!!

My stay at The Superior Living Batisehir was excellent. The area around the property is safe, quiet, and very convenient with easy access to shopping and transportation. The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, making my 3-night stay very enjoyable. A special thanks to Emre, Elif, and Veysel for their warm hospitality and professional support throughout my stay – they truly made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Istanbul and will happily return in the future.

we stayed there when it was under the Radisson blue brand and it was perfect in every way ..but I was shocked this time because the level of cleanness is so bad we got a room with mold in the shower and several damaged stuff around the room we complained and the staff was so nice and helpful and they changed our room to a bigger one but even that room was not clean. there was dirty spots on the doors and walls .. bathroom floor had dirty foot prints ..even the towels were dirty but the nice staff send me new ones .. I wish they can take more care of the hotel because I really like the location and the surrounding area
