Overall, it was a comfortable stay at Superior Living Başakşehir. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the environment felt calm and safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Muhemmet, Furqan, and Faisal, who treated us with great kindness and made our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were decent and suitable for a short stay. The location is a bit far from the main tourist areas, but it’s a good option if you prefer a quiet place away from the busy city. Amazing and clean rooms, lobby is very clean and smells good and a nice pool. The staff were super helpful and very friendly especially Emre,Furkan and Veysel who helped us through out our stay. One negative part of our stay is the Lebanese restaurant. The food is great but the manager cheated me, I paid him 100 US dollars. . It’s not a big deal but I don’t like when someone takes advantage of me. . We were eating there breakfast lunch and dinner. After that day I never went in there again. He lost my business over 200 liters. He would have made way more than that in the 3 weeks we stayed in the hotel. Overall and amazing stay and a great place to feel like home. I still gave the hotel 5 stars because they deserve it. But that restaurant doesn’t!
