The room was great, only complaint being that we had to make do with a sofa combed but it wasn’t necessarily a bad thing. Staff was cooperative and friendly, we never had issues with them. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay with adequate service provided.

The property is lovely and spacious. We stayed in a 1 1 and there were cleaners every day. My only complaint would be that the receptionist, Mr Ismail demanded 1000tl for my friend to visit my apartment. Despite telling him she will be staying for 10 minutes maximum he classed us like escorts (two females) and demanded we paid him 1000tl. We refused and told him we will complain officially, he then gave up. His colleague was very helpful and we could see they were all uncomfortable with his demand. I will definitely be staying at their apartment again, just not in this location but in their other hotel in Sisli.

They are really amazing, considerate, friendly employees - really all of them, smiling, and helpful. I arrived very late, sometimes after 2:00 am, and I was expected to check out at 12:00 pm as many hotels; anyways, they extended my stay till like after 3:00 , and they served us breakfast at room, although we woke up around 11:30 , and it was so fresh and yummy! Before checking out, We met the manager, Kan -not sure if I misspelled the name, anyways, he was so welcoming, friendly and considerate. Highly recommended!

- Worst 4 stars Hotel over the last 15 years. - When I arrived in the midnight I found the hotel gate closed. I knocked the door a few times then I saw someone coming from the right side who opened the door for me. Actually that guy was the receptionist who was sleeping which is very strange to see a receptionist who closes the hotel completely to take a nap! - The safe-box was not working and I asked to either fix it or change my room but as expected the easiest thing is to tell you that the hotel is full and the guy will come tomorrow to fix it. BTW till I left it was not fixed. - No “Don’t disturb” sign available at the hotel. As a result, I had to take all my valuables with me everyday which is very risky. - The Wifi was not working due to technical issue which lasted the whole stay period which led to using the data roaming and spending a lot of money - No air conditioning in the bedroom - Still using normal metal keys for rooms - No hot water in the bath tub - Noise coming from the bathroom and the rooms near you - No bed cover and I had to ask the room service to bring one which ended up with giving me a sheet to use it as a bed cover! - The guys do not put the complementary water, shampoo, etc.. when they make the room. - No hangers for clothes and no iron/ironing board - Not all lights working. Bed pillows are high and not comfy Based on the aforementioned, I don’t recommend to stay at this incredible hotel at all.

Dieses Hotel war eine absolute Enttäuschung. Ich habe das Hotel ausschließlich wegen des Pools gebucht. Als ich diesen nutzen wollte, wurde mir ohne vorherige Information mitgeteilt, dass der Pool wegen einer Reinigung geschlossen ist. Weder bei der Buchung noch beim Check-in wurde darauf hingewiesen. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich dieses Hotel niemals gebucht. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls eine Frechheit. Nirgendwo wurde erwähnt, dass es kein offenes Buffet gibt. Stattdessen bekamen wir für vier Personen zwei kleine Teller mit einer lächerlich geringen Menge an Lebensmitteln. Das war weder ausreichend noch einem Hotel angemessen. Wer ein normales Hotelfrühstück erwartet, wird hier definitiv enttäuscht. Als wäre das nicht genug, war der Pool auch noch in einem schlechten Zustand. Der Bodenbelag löste sich bereits an mehreren Stellen, was einen ungepflegten und unsicheren Eindruck machte. Insgesamt hatten wir das Gefühl, dass hier mit irreführenden Erwartungen geworben wird. Wichtige Informationen werden verschwiegen und die angebotenen Leistungen entsprechen nicht dem, was man bei der Buchung erwartet. Für uns war das der schlechteste Hotelaufenthalt seit Langem. Wir können dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen und würden nie wieder dort übernachten.

Odalar çok temiz ve güzeldi tam bir ev rahatlığındaydı. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Her türlü isteğim en fazla 5 dk sonra elimdeydi. Arabanız varsa benim gibi vale hizmeti ile park sorunu yaşamadan konaklayabilirsiniz. Konumu çok güzeldi Ataşehir den kadıköye geçmek için tutmuştum ve yolda da hiç zorlanmadım. Ataşehirin kendisi de zaten çok güzel bir semt. Ve en güzel yanı İSTEDİĞİM AN TEMİZLİK yapmalarıydı. Harika bir konaklamaydı

Kaldığımız odanın genişliği güzeldi, rahat ettik. Olumsuz yan olarak mutfak dolabında çatal bıçak ve bardak dışında hiçbir şeyin olmaması - tabak bile yoktu- ve otelin havuzu kuzey cepheye bakıyor sanırım, öğleden sonra güneş vurmadığı için soğuk oluyordu havuz kısmı. Onun dışında çalışanlar güzler yüzlü ve yardımsever.
