My recent stay at this hotel was an utterly frustrating experience, marred by an uncomfortable room and unhelpful staff. Upon checking in, I found the room unbearably hot, stuck at a stifling 28°C. I immediately contacted the staff, who promised to address the issue. However, after waiting for some time, there was no change in the temperature. When I followed up, they dismissively claimed that cooling the room further would make it "too cold," which I found absurd. I insisted they adjust it, and they agreed, but by nighttime, the room was still a sweltering 27.2°C—barely cooler than before, despite the outside temperature being a comfortable 23°C.
Exasperated, I requested a refund to leave the hotel, only to be told I’d be charged for two days regardless. This felt like a dishonest tactic to trap guests into staying. The staff’s lack of accountability and the malfunctioning air conditioning turned what could have been a decent stay into a complete letdown. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel until they prioritize guest comfort and transparency. The location is perfect, and I suspect they are selling you the location, not the room or the service.
