Beautiful hotel property. Great location. Our room was very nice although it was in the basement level. However, we were only there one night and the manager made it up to us with a lovely delicious breakfast!

The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell great care goes into maintaining the space and ensuring guests feel at home. This hotel is perfectly located, close to the Galata bridge for visiting the old Istanbul and also close to Galata tower. The hotel is very clean, quiet and the staff is very friendly and supportive. We had a wonderful stay and would book it again.

Simply the best

We have stayed at the Bank Hotel so many times now... for us it is like a home away from home... and that is how we are always treated by the staff. Like family. The hotel provides a beautiful oasis away from the bustle of the streets and the staff are simply the best. The position is perfect... within easy walking distance of the Galata and the Golden Horn.. Over the years we have brought friends and family and they have all loved it. Our deepest gratitude to Osman, Sahar and the team Bank Hotel. We cant wait to come back again!

It is a good location in the city for first-time visitors to walk to both sides of the city and meet for tours. Staf was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Compact hotel with good location

The hotel is well located to visit the main attractions for first-timers in Istanbul, like Sultanahmet or the Asian side. There are many dining options within walking distance as well. Rooms are not very big, but clean and comfortable. Service was very friendly. The gym and the spa were a bit deceiving, didn't match the overall level of the hotel.

Fantastic

One of the best hotels in Istanbul. Near the Galata tower and can’t say enough about the location. I’ll definitely stay here again And highly recommend it. Don’t miss the Galataport which is walking distance, Namli for food and Kosgeroglu For Baklava

Great value and location

Service was friendly and they really just made every effort you could ask for. Rooftop is a beautiful view and very relaxing. Spa was pretty good. Turkish bath was super fun as a couple. Massages were could but tables were cool I’d like them heated.

The hotel is fantastic. The service, the location, and the atmosphere are all 5*. I want to give a special thanks to the cleaner who found my passport after I checked out and the front desk staff for returning it to me in no time. Check out the restaurant upstairs. It's worth the visit even if you are not staying at the hotel. I dined there on two occasions, and the food/service were always top-notch.

Room was nicely renovated eventhough on the smaller side. Amenities were fine too. Located near Galata tower and the tunnel. Short walking distance to tram station. Elevator to the wing room is the classic type of elevator but really tiny.

Perfect boutique hotel

From check in to check out the staff went above and beyond their duty. Our stay at the hotel was incredible. Chocolates and other gifts waiting for us in our room for us to enjoy, complimentary water delivered every morning and more chocolate on the weekend. It was my wife's birthday during our stay and she was surprised with a delicious cake. All the staff from customer advisor to porter were all very attentive and extremely polite, always delivering a service with a smile, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is extremely comfortable and very stylish. The roof top bar is beautiful and defo worth a visit. The location is perfect within 10 mins walk to local restaurants and 30 mins walk to the grand bazzar. Thanks for making my wife's birthday and our first trip to Istanbul memorable.

Well located in walking distance to Galataport area and transportation of all forms. Easy to get taxi or take trams. Can walk to old district and sight see. Main complaint was the noise at night. Can hear music and traffic coming from street. Also had intermittent sewage smell, fortunately only lasted couple minutes! Staff were helpful and very courteous. Overall I enjoyed our stay very much!
