The room was spacious and clean, with the kitchen stocked with cookware, dinnerware and utensils. The hosts are very accommodating, understanding, and warmly inviting. I would stay here again.

The room was quite big. Not perfect, and issues arose such as tv channels not working, stuck toilet handle - but the staff was always very helpful and ready to support.

The best features of this hotel are location, comfortable mattresses, and desk and housekeeping staff. The furniture in the rooms is shabby and needs repair, same for the plumbing fixtures, ie: shower, toilet & kitchenette sink. During my second 5 day stay in March, internet was out. The heat in my initial 20 day stay in January was not sufficient. I was provided a space heater. Grocery stores and restaurants are in walking distance.

I liked the area and facilities, The bathroom was leaking, the leaving floor could be cleaner, and the bed sheets to change wasn't offered.

Ok. Average guesthouse, not a hotel per say. Good service. Spacious rooms, I like how they have multiple sitting and table areas, plus kitchen and free laundry services. #12 bus right outside, takes you to the ferry port plus other places. Rooms could be cleaner. Safe was not working. In a local area on a hill, about 10-12 min walk up from the Uskudar pier. Places to eat starting at about the 6 min walk down the hill.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht in Ordnung. Man bekommt keine richtige Rechnung, also nur das Kassenzettel. Das ist u.a. steuerrechtlich nicht unbedenklich! Das Personal ist der türkischen Sprache nicht mächtig. Sie gehen auf Wünsche der Gäste nicht ein. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen wollen...
