The front entrance is at a steep sloped road. Dangerous. Room space is ok but shower head needs replacement. Staff is helpful and reasonably curteous (for Turks). Towells replaced and room cleaned daily. Better than Askoc Hotel by miles.

The room had a fridge but it was not in use. There was a kettle but no cups or water (no bar fridge) ect to utilise the kettle. The staff at reception seemed very uninterested keeping customers happy, I requested a taxi be called and they made a few excuses and said they could call a taxi they know … who took me for a ridiculous ride … a 20km ride turned into a 49km ride! I certainly won’t be staying there again. The power went out at one point and another customer came out of his room to check the surge stopper on the floor. As for the things that make a boutique hotel; they do not provide anything but soap to wash hands so pack your own shampoo body wash tea coffee water and cups if you plan on staying here.

It is a nice cosy hotel with easy door step access to all the main and central attractions on Sultanamet area. All within 5 -10 minutes walking area. The nearest surrounding small restaurants are very reasonable and excellent reasonably priced. A supermarket is nearby. The hotel is on a mild slope so if anyone booking with disabilities and families with pram should be mindful. The rooms are small but are all very clean,new and modern looking and there is a lift. There is only limited space in the room if booking for 3 people like us. It is a family oriented hotel but only a small budget one. No room service facilities. Amenities in the room - a kettle but no cups/glasses. So please make provisions for your own in-room tea or coffee( we did). There is provision of cold drinking water in the lobby which can be used to refill your bottles or you can buy from supermarket. The crowning glory are the staff - Ali, Murad, Daulat and Furqaan were extremely polite and helpful and guided us very well. They deserve special praise including the cleaning ladies. The roof top provides good view facing the sea. You can buy your breakfast(very limited choice) for 5 euros. But you can always take your own cup of tea or coffee and have it on the terrace. The hotel provides pick up and drop off to the airport for reasonable competitive price. They also have facilities to buy sim and or portable wifi. The welcome on arrival could be better. Go for top floors to avoid noise.

Das Hotel ist in einer sehr guten Umgebung und hat eine gute Lage. Die Terasse war auch wundervoll. Ansonsten ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein: es besteht nicht mal die Möglichkeit um die Klamotten einzuräumen. Sehr hellhörig, kaum möglich abends ruhig zu schlafen. Außerdem war das Hotelpersonal sehr unfreundlich.
