It is centrally located which is great, two blocks from blue mosque, Hagia Sofia and basilica cisterns. Lots of restaurants. Simple no frills but good place to stay. Staff were great. Right next to tram line which is convenient but sometimes noisy. Highly recommend and reasonable prices.

The location is terrific, less than 5 minute walk to the Hippodrome. The staff were all vey helpful especially the day manager who gave us plenty of helpful info. However, the tram goes right by the hotel so it was a little nosier than expected. And the beds were hard and the linens were not great.

Great view and value

Hotel was clean , tidy. Staff very friendly. Delicious breakfast on the terrace . View was amazing on the rooftop. My room view was also same like it. Water was strong, wifi was fast. My friend recommended this hotel, I’m not regret for to choose here. I’ll come back again in May. Thanks to hotel team for everything.

This hotel is one of the cleanest hotel which I stayed. bed linen, pillows sheets very clean and white. Beds was comfortable. l slept very well. Central location, blue mosque, hagia sophia on the walking distance. Grand Bazaar 3 minutes, hotel is next to tram station. Easy to accessable. Hotel staff very helpfull, they helped me for directions. breakfast was delicious and lots of options open buffet. my room and roof top view breathtaking. wi-fi was fast. it didn't cut. l worked for a while on the terrace with my coffee. As a single traveler, l felt safe in this hotel. l love it. l definately will come again. highly recommend it

The staff are welcoming, friendly and Chedym is very helpful with local information. The breakfast is fresh, tasty and filling, with options for different tastes. The rooms, although in an older hotel are clean, comfortable with functional air con, wifi and hot shower. Position in town is perfect!

I stayed here one week, place needs a facelift badly, room small, toilet is also a shower room,very small, outside is noisiest street in the city with trams passing room every 5 minutes ringing bells and horns , very noisy and window did not close properly. Nice friendly lady on desk, had breakfast once, ate out every other day after that

The hotel is in a great location near to the Blue Mosque, Sofia Mosque, Cistern and palace. The only thing to be aware is that the Hotel doesn't accept credit card and their exchange rate is not convenient, so bring euros to pay the stay. Other than that the hotel is good. The view from the terrace is awesome. Breakfast is good.

BEST HOTEL EVER

I stayed best location ever!!!! I reached all important historical places 1-2 minutes walking. Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar. I had breakfast with the amazing bosphorus view on the roof top. My room was so clean and I had 2 pillows. I used to internet without any connection problem first time in a hotel. Value is the best. It’s worth for in this location. I will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Book with them, you wont regret it at all. The service both brothers provided was impeccable. They taught me so much about Turkish history and made sure I was welcomed and safe throughout my trip. They are both also very handsome and Egemen made sure I booked the best tours. My flight had a 2 hour delay but Egemen asked the driver to wait for me for over two hours, they were very kind. The terrace is absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast is really good as well. The hotel was clean and very safe. Egemen and his brother were honestly the best. They will take care of you.

5 score hotel! Underrated on bookings! There should be 4 or 5 score for this hotel. I have travelled the world but sultanahmet hotel will have a special place in my heart. Located litetally at the heart of old city sultanahmet, is walking distance from all tourists spots in the area. Rooms were clean, cosy and comfortable. Breakfast is also nice. As a female solo traveller i felt extremely safe and very comfortable. Highly recommend this for solo travellers! Nese and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. In short i felt at home in a place where i knew no one. I loved everything about it and i will surely be coming to stay here again!
