We loved staying at the Side Hotel during our visit to Istanbul! Its location was incredibly convenient to explore all the city has to offer. Their free rooftop breakfast was delicious, and we wound up eating it most of the days during our stay. Our biggest highlight though were the staff, who were very kind and went out of their way to welcome us to the city. We had an unexpected flight cancellation and they were very flexible and helpful as our plans changed. I would absolutely recommend to anyone hoping to visit Istanbul!

The staff here are so kind and the location is great because your near most major attractions and the T1 tram is a short walk away. I came in September and it was so hot outside but the AC in the room worked extremely well. In the morning you can have breakfast on the terrace and you can see the water. The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors. The wifi worked fine towards the evening when everyone gets back to the hotel it slowed down some but not terrible. I still was able to stream a movie. The noise was fine until my last night where my neighbor kept coming in and iut their room and would slam their door which sucked.

Great location with friendly and helpful staff. Plus very nice buffet breakfast and a civilised checking out time if 11:00. Unfortunately our room was quite tired and in need of some work and redecoration. The shower though was very good.

Great location only 5 minutes away from the Blue mosque and the Hagar Sofia. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Room was clean. A bit of noise from early starters from the street.

Side Hotel Istanbul in the heart of the old town Faith, it is a unique place. Very clean rooms with air conditioned. The bathroom is so modern and so good. Done really to suit the modern aesthetic. The interior of the hotel is more modern than the Expedia website. It has been refurbished with neutral paint, panels, beading while maintaining dome characters, like the lighting, doors and accessories. The location was so ideal. Everything we needed was within walking distance and very easy to find the hotel after out and about. Both famous Seven Hill Restaurant and cafe + the Seven Seasons hotel are on the opposite side of Side Hotel and security guards the are was really great. Generous breakfast options with a lot to choose from on a terrace setting. The view is breathtaking. I guess most of Istanbul is breathtaking. House keepers kept the rooms clean every day, and whenever needed. Plenty of towels, soaps, shampoos and body wash were available. We used the towels but had ours for the rest, still nice gesture. The staffs were so nice and polite from the beginning to the end. It’s a very safe place and walking distance to many historical places. If I came to Istanbul again, I will choose to stay here. Thank you

The side hotel is a small boutique hotel with old world charm. The room was a comfortable size with excellent mattress and pillows, which as travelers know are sometimes the most important thing. all the staff truly went out of their way to accommodate and help with even the most minor of details.
