The management is very respectful, and the staff are also very polite whether you check in at night or during the day. We are stayed four days and four nights in this hotel, the hotel was excellent, service was very good, transfer from airport to hotel very good and its only 27Euro for 9people, all the staff was very friendly and helpful, all rooms clean and tidy, room including small fridge and freezer, free three bottle of water every day, we went instabuol city, the taxi driver drop in the morning and pick from same place it's cost me only 50Euro (9persons)especially the driver was friendly and safe iam totally happy this trip, i would like to again this hotel as soon as possible, the room air condition was brilliant, all shops are 2 minutes walking distance 👍👍👍👍👍

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable. Perfect place to stay if you have an overnight layover at the Istanbul airport. It was only a 14min drive by taxi from the airport.

The hotel is clean and customer service is top-notch! If you are staying for a night or two it is amazing but if you want to explore Istanbul city it will take you at least 3 hours to get there through public transportation and at least an hour if you rent a car.
