The staff at the hotel were amazing. They had a WhatsApp system where you could ask them anything, not just about your room or stay, even when you’re out of the hotel and need help. Nothing wax too much trouble for them. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned to a very high standard and all amenities were replenished every day. The breakfast was a continental breakfast with a chef at an egg station which was lovely and just what you need before a long day of sightseeing. The location of the hotel was perfect. 5-10 minute walk from most of the attractions and same for the trams. Lots of restaurants close to the hotel and lots of little supermarkets to top up on water and snacks too. Overall, highly recommended and we definitely would stay there again.

A special thank you to Necip and Hayratin, who truly made our stay extra memorable. They were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Their kindness and professionalism stood out, and they are without a doubt among the nicest and most recommendable staff we’ve encountered. We would also like to appreciate the rest of the team, who were equally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. It’s clear that the hotel takes pride in its service. Great service and staff were friendly and courteous. Also, rooms were decent size and clean. Breakfast was included so that was a bonus with plenty of options for various food items. The building next door was being renovated so workers would show up early but it wasn't too big of a deal. Also, the water would leak from the stand-in shower into the bathroom but again nothing too serious.
