Great location which is central to Taksim square and surrounding tourist areas. It's about 15 minutes to Galat Tower and 45 minutes walk to The Grand Bazaar. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Our room was very nice and clean but is smaller than the pictures suggest. Would definitely stay again for a visit to Istanbul

I enjoyed how close this location was to everything. It made our experience so easy and convenient. Very walkable area. Everything you need is right there. Amazing staff and service. I’ve seen other reviews that say the club is so loud near the hotel but that wasn’t my experience at all.

I stayed in a family sized apartment for 5 people and I was very impressed. The location is perfect, just around the corner from the Main Street, a stone throw away from Taksim Square and where the main shops are located. The staff was wonderful and helped with suggestions and recommendations. They organised the taxis from the airport for us and that was a relief as we could trust them. Despite the fact we were in a serviced apartment, the rooms were cleaned daily and water, tea and coffee replaced every day. Everything looked like it was just been refurbished with high standards. I’ve been to Istanbul before and pictures of hotels rarely look like reality. This was not only exactly as described but staff made it better.

Great hotel in busy shopping area, loved the location, you get the true city feel with amazing views, everything is steps away. Close to metro, but walkable to Galata area or even across the bridge. Staff is very nice and helpful, help is immediate. The cleaning ladies are doing wonderful job, our room was super clean every day, even when we were late to leave. 10/10 would recommend. I would also feel safe here, if I were travelling solo.

Staff was amazing! Some of the best hotel service I've ever had. They never let us carry our own bags. We also paid for the transportation too and from the airport and it was easy and definitely worth the extra money. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were also very nice. The location is great too! Right next to the main walking road in Taksim and walking distance to Galata tower, Taksim square, and the Galata bridge. That being said it can get a bit noisy at night as it's next to the main road, but it was quiet enough we could sleep at night. Overall, amazing experience and we would stay here again! We would definitely

Great for walking and shopping. No road access for taxis and other vehicles. Had to drag our suitcases for 200m on cobblestone road. Hotel manager was very helpful but still inconvenient. Shower was great, but curtains to veranda did not close. Overall great location, but overpriced.
