We had a great experience staying at the hotel! Hotel is very clean, the customer service and checking in and checking out were top notch. Amazing staff special thanks to Miss Enass and Mr Moath , they made sure my stay is wonderful, clean hotel , great location . One down side is the area is alive till late which makes it difficult to sleep , but that's expected and accepted due to the close proximity of Taksim square. Thanks again Miss Enass And Mr Moath .

The hotel room was fairly new and clean. Staff attended to my needs promptly. I enjoyed the balcony sitting out and enjoying my morning tea. It is very close to Taskim Square (4 - 5) minute walk wh I don't remember the front desk clerks name but she was outstanding. I was able to check-in a little earlier on my day of arrival. She guided me on some pertinent information. This hotel is good for a short stay as the room was small. Shower was good. Room had a small kitchenette. I had a pleasant stay.

I dont know where to begin.. This hotel with the people and service are top class! 10/10!!! Every time we needed something the staff came and helped us, they were available 24/7 for us. The location, the rooms are perfect - in the heart of Taksim and close to everything in Istanbul. We will without a doubt book this hotel again. A classic cozy hotel, nice looking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In general the hotel is very clean and so are the rooms, the beds are comfortable. I have to come back to Istanbul next month and I will stay here again.
