The concierge and all of the staff were incredibly professional and helpful. We asked for a last minute tour on the Bosporus and dinner on the Europe side and they arranged everything perfectly and quickly. The room was very comfortable and the bed was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and always eager to help, making us feel at home right away. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see yet quiet enough for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with plenty of local options.
