Ver friendly welcoming on check in, the staff is friendly and polite the breakfast buffet was good and tasty, the lunch you can choose from menue card. I go 1 time per year to Istanbul and this was till now the best hotel, very clean, nice view if I need to go again to Istanbul I will choose this hotel again.

Tolles Hotel falscher Platz war nichts kein Restaurant Café nur eine AVM und die macht im 22.00 Uhr zu und somit kann man nichts mehr machen.

Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich durfte früher aufs Zimmer. Zimmer sind groß. Es ist nur alles schon sehr alt und abgewohnt. Auch ist es sehr hellhörig. Es gibt in der fußläufigen Umgebung nichts zu sehen. Es ist halt direkt am Industriehafen, daher eher was für Geschäftsleute. Das Frühstück entspricht dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Impressive staff witj a very nice hotel.

Very clean hotel right by the water. Close to a good mall, walking distance. Staff from manager to all staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. Recommended.

Terrible location on the Dock and only thing near was a train station and shopping centre a 5 minute walk away. Internet connection was very bad, I had to keep leaving my room and go to router on landing to reconnect. Breakfast was very good everything you needed and rooms were large but very dark. The gentleman who assisted me with my case and internet was impeccable and very helpful

The is very nice. Hotel condition is great room service too. The buffet is super. The door and reception is 24/7. The cons: far from Istanbul center about 1 hour with the Marmaray, the Tersane station is 4 min away from hotel. If you rent a car it'll be great.

A one night stay

The hotel is a short walk from the Tersane Marmaray station so it is very easy to get to. However this hotel is a long way from the scenic attractions of Istanbul. We chose it because it was convenient to get from there to the airport in the morning. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was very nice.

Bu otelde en az 8 defa kaldım. Kış gelmesine , sıcak su olmasına rağmen kaloriferler yanmıyordu. Klima ile ısıtmamız önerildi......Daha önceki kaldığım odalardan farklı olarak odada elbise dolabı yoktu sadece portmanto tipi akı ile geçiştirilmiş bir oda verildi

İş seyahati sebebi ile konakladığım otel, ilk bakışta fena değildi, ancak odaya çıktığımda elbise dolabı bulunmayışı beni çok şaşırttı. Bunu belirtmem üzerine odamı değiştirdiler. Oda ferah, deniz manzaralı ve temizlik vasat üzeri idi. Ancak zaman zaman en üst katta kalıyor olmama rağmen havalandırmadan gelen yemek kokuları rahatsız edici idi. Havlular çok yıpranmış ve beyazdan çok gri görünüyorlardı. Banyoda duşakabin ve zeminin yenilenme ihtiyacı var. Odaya istediğim çayın plastik bardakta gelmesi ise çok garipti. Kahvaltı vasat. İnternetten bulduğum fırsat fiyat üzerine kaldığım otel bu fiyatlara kalınabilecek bir konforda olsa da en iyi alternatif olduğunu söylemek zor.
